So in the pre release build up for True Detective season 4 it was being been hyped as being as good as season 1.

After three episodes, am I the only one utterly underwhelmed so far? It's OK, but not a patch on season 1.

It’s fine as a stand alone, but it isn’t a patch on series one. Also, it’s very similar to Fortitude.

also S1 went downhill fassed after ep5 butt by then everybidy love it so didnt notice

eps 6 n 7 were quite bad

I binned it after two episodes...just didn't interest me enough...wasn't fussed back in series one either...only watched it for Jodie Foster

boy does she look old...she's my age & I know who looks better

Yeah I've seen that around, been meaning to give it a try. Bernthall also done an American Gigolo TV series which hasn't had much hype so I don't know if it's good

The Fighter is a great movie. Mark and Bale were excellent, as was Amy Adams.

Fighter is miles better IMO, Warrior is good but its just a very generic and a bit OTT the story.

Warrior has the better action but The Fighter is deeper and the characters are well developed.

and the fighter pretty much happened !!

Warrior is great fun but kinda ridiculous. Fighter is definitely the better quality movie. Bale's performance is excellent.
