They've been mixed. 83 percent on tomatoes but many of the positive reviews are 3/5 kind of thing

Was thinking the same thing. Sounds like they've just gone the safe route. Repeating the formula.

Saw DeadPool 2.... Its was ok. He did have only 8 months to write a new film, so for what it is, its ok.

Deadpool 2 - 7/10

Was very funny, still for me I preferred the first one, the kid was annoying and couldn't act for shiite!

Watched Solo

So it wasn't that bad, I quite enjoyed it only because I thought the film was going to be utter shiiite!

Loads of plot holes but it was just ok, nothing compared to R1

Yeh, saw Solo too. Has a lot of good stuff in there.
But man, i can only call it catastrosphic script decisions in there, that completley threw me.

There was a reason why people didnt want this film made, but they did, and Alden did a great job as Han i thought. Glover was scary perfect as Lando.
Chewie was cool... but tha damn script!

But now Boba Fett is on the way, which they should of made before this.
Better leave that guys helmet on and go Dredd style...
with an ‘Ocean 11’ style Bounty Hunter caper with Boskk and Dengar and..... the others.

I don't get why they made and recast Solo, the story no-one was asking for, while Ewan McGregor and an Obi-Wan film would go down a storm.

At this point I've got Star Wars fatigue and I'm not bothered about Solo, but if there was an Obi-Wan film coming out I'd be there on opening night wearing nothing but a jedi robe
