I did not realise there was a new season of Narcos Mexico out

Inject it straight into my veins

Midway through brooklyn 99, season 5.

Did they get new writers or something? All the one liners seem over the top, and it's like they're trying to force all the characters into every scene.

Anyone else watching Avenue 5?

The rise of Chapo in the series should be great

The actor they have looks so much like him

Yeah the choice of good tv shows is vast but I'm very happy about it. I have a lot of favourite tv shows like Banshee that hardly anyone in the UK saw. Such is the choice now I suppose.

Need to see more of the bat suit but it looks ok. Not a fan of the collar and hopefully the ears are long and pointed.

Yeah I also think that the ears will be long and pointy in this iteration. Especially as the suit looks so much like the suit from the Arkham games. Interesting how they didn't show us too much above the eyeline in that recent promo shot.

So...I watched uncut Gem last night...no idea why because I hate Sandler, & don't like Basketball...but it was rated 7.7 on IMDB

Thing with Sandler is he gets remembered for a lot of crass comedy films and these one dimensional comedic characters he plays - often the idiot. Going beneath the surface though, he has proven in a few films, this one especially, that he is a good actor.
Punch-Drunk Love is another I can think of when he acts really well.

Why cant we have that now

It seems the the portrayal of Felix is very fictional

For starters he was always paid by the colombians in product even though that was the entire driving plot point behind s2

He is also the uncle of the Tijuana cartel leaders and this is never mentioned

I thought the events of the last episode were a little rushed but yes 9/10

I haven't even started Narcos Mexico season 1 yet. Been savouring it but looks like I need to get my ass into gear and watch it.
