Did something funny happen to the show?
How did it lose traction like that.. that first season was a banger.
It was on the same time as Justified if I remember…

Don't think so - just came out during lots of great TV on not such a strong channel stateside (remember it was always difficult to find) cos this would have been round justified, sons etc so just lost I feel.
Yer
I think the channel it was on suddenly became subscriot only
All the Indy movies and the TV series (The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones - nope, me neither) will be available on Disney Plus from the 31st May

And there’s me, a massive Indiana fan, and I watched just one episode, where Ford played an old Jones in a rocking chair, and then they flashed back.
Think it was on Saturdays so, I wasn’t about I guess.
Could’ve set the VHS machine to record it I guess..
just didn’t get my attention.
My mentality was most probably, No Ford. No Indiana. No thanks.
Xena
Now THAT was a show!
Xena?!
Foolishness, I have no time for

Thursday theme incoming
Just trying to decide which way to go with it then I’ll post
I'm shivering with antici
Probably going to be a more personal one as opposed to creating some sort of list.
💥 Thursday Theme Update 💥
Name a film, or films, that made a lasting impact on your love for film. Something that made you realize that you don’t just go to the cinema for a good time but to maybe, possibly, experience real art. Something that made you go out in search for more that could give you that same feeling or even surpass it.
Have at it lads
Mona Lisa, Bob Hopkins and Kathy Tyson.
Not the greatest ever movie made by a long chalk but, for me, it told a story, a very bleak, sinister story and did it well.
Give me an actual story over visual technical wizardry every time.

Constant gardener. Not noisy or shouty, but excellently acted and subtly directed.
