The guy playing Superman was being touted not long ago...
I'll have to Google it but I don't think Elba is that old, early 40's which is the right age more or less.
Damian Lewis is 44 I think and he's supposedly been unofficially all but confirmed as the next 007, so that shouldn't discount Elba.
Sheriff I don't think they'll be able to give it to Henry Cahill now as he must be contractually obligated up to his eyeballs for the next decade with DC Justice League movies as well as standalone Supes movies.

My phone is used to writing Cahill for obvious reasons.
Lewis is a great actor, would have no issues with him as the next Bond. I do think the role is perfect for Fassbender though.
Cavill, Fassbender, Elba, Hardy..... all good options.

Seriously though I'm warming to the idea of Damian Lewis as Bond. Thought he carried Homeland and think he'll suprise a few people if he gets the role.
Nothing against red heads but they'll need to darken (or even lighten) his hair and I think he'll really look the part.
Don't think they'll give it to Fassbender, he's too big a name now. Neither Brosnan or Craig were huge names when they got Bond, or even Dalton before that.
Tom Hardy is just too good as the bad guy to be Bond. Think he'd make a great Bond villain.

Saw S1 of last ship. It was ok.
Lucas you haven't watched season 2 yet? Just finished season 1 myself and was entertained. Might have a break before season 2 though.
Too much good tele mte... my Sky planner is chocker.
Working my way through new walking dead, the moaning of life, the apprentice and i still have Hannibal S3 to do....
I need a week off to catch up.
