I pay about $30 per month and I get every game live. I don't pay for the premium HD service but I'm always thinking about. Its a great service. Although I live in the US so that's why I get the games live.

If anyone is remotely interested the replay is available from 10pm following a SPFL match. They were very quick in responding to an email.
My Dad wouldn't have the patience to wait that long. It's back to the hooker idea.
