Yeah was more confident with Idiakez outside the box than a pen. Great peno v Southampton...no complaints there
I think Ince is better than ward in ever dept. free kicks corners, open play goal scoring, attitude and talent. And he isn't a red dog
I remember calmly scoring from long distance outside the box but I can't recall from free kicks
About time we transferred Rammie and signed this mascot. It should put the fear up the opposition and the spectators. This is the genuine mascot of Partick Thistle.

Spart,
HTF did you get to know about a new PT mascot FFS?

Some members on here won't like this, but I've been told Mel Morris is prepared to spend £25mil on getting promoted this upcoming season. His and Clements number one priority for getting the armband is Jason Shackell. In the next couple of days all three deals will be done, Shackell, Ince and Bridcutt. Regarding Pritchard, he's out injured for a fair few months, knee injury.
Its on the Leeds site and the BBC. It is a particularly crap mascot though you have to admit. So bad it is almost good. Designed by a Turner Prize nominated artist you wont be surprised to know.

Griff knows
Wouldn't pick Grant.
Get Butland back.
Ward definitely better at tracking back and defending than Ince. You didn't say why our win record with Ince was so poor.
Griff knows nowt.
Spart I've commented on Ward before and got a lot of feed back from Rams fans on here saying I was right. The first four months of last season, Ward was brilliant, and quite rightly, like you say, his tracking back was second to none. Then he gets in the Irish squad and gets injured. His form when he came back from injury was awful. I'll give you an instance about him. We were 3-1 down at Rotherham, Steve Mac substituted him, he didn't like it, he walked off and didn't run off like a spoilt child. Don't forget we were going for promotion, so the quicker the player off the better. He spat his dummy out, and went down in my estimation from that day. So Griff knows.
I raised that issue with ward when got taken off at Rotherham. His tracking back isn't good when he misses half a season.
Spart I've commented on Ward before and got a lot of feed back from Rams fans on here saying I was right.
Well they are wrong as well.
Ince is not the droid we are looking for. He has good pace and skill and he works hard but he doesn't seem to fit any team. Reminds me a lot of Darren Huckerby, a player who could win a game on his own but might as well not have had team mates. Ince is also a more of a danger to us when defends. Just hope he doesn't sign as I think the kind of money being asked for could be better spent elsewhere.
Ince beat the first man more on his free kicks in one game than Ward did in his whole Derby Career, reason enough for me.
So so glad I never have to see him in a rams shirt again.
Can't wait to see Ince in a Rams shirt soon.
I agree on the price I don't think I would pay the reported £4.75 million. But the boys got goals in him so if we do get him god help the rest of the league
If you are talking free kicks look no further than Alan Hinton.
How does anyone know Pritchard won't leave London?
If we need a new goalie we should have bought Marshall.
I will not be unhappy if Shackell signs for us!
Pritchard has a bad injury, won't be playing anytime soon.
cant 5lag ward off,,was a great servant,best wishes..
now get ince in.ff s.
i dont buy into the fact hes a 1 trick pony,he was brought to us on loan to put the ball into the net.....
he did....the same has mr d.bent..they scored some pretty useful goals while chrissy was on the sick,
just dont get it with some posters opinions...
i dont buy the fact that they were the reason we nose dived towards the end of the season either..
any how...............................
is it to early to say.........we got this yet??
Ince had goals in him last season but we didn't win many games when he played. That's the problem with Ince and Bent, good at scoring but don't do much to help the defence.
Igor, you very rarely saw Ward in a Rams shirt anyway.
Hinton scored free kicks when the ball didn't swerve in the air like the banana balls we have today.
Ince is not the finished article yet. He hasn't played regularly since he was at Blackpool where he was unstoppable. Holloway got the best out of him which wasn't tracking back as I recall. A coach like Clement will I am sure teach him other things to make him a more rounded player but he showed enough last season to indicate he can win matches on his own. We're he playing for any team other than Derby we wouldn't be debating his ability to track back or not, we would be crapping ourselves about what he might do to us.
