Here in the states, Lexus drivers are usually middle aged Asians. I don't know if it's making a comeback on the douchebaggery awards.

People in pick-up trucks, Cadillacs, BMW's, Audi's, and Porsche's are all usually driven be kants, Mercedes are usally driven by the older folks so they're not really that bad.

i like the look of cars like audi r8.. but its not practical enough for daily life, you'd need another little around to go with it aswell.

earl, ive never liked the look of any bmw cars. they just look substandard put next to the mercedes equivalent.

like a c63 and an m3, purely on looks, which do you prefer. the noise from a c63 is incredible too.

BMW's new engines are amazing, I've got a 320d and it'll do 0-60 in just over 7 secs, plus I drove from the North East to Brighton and back on a tank of fuel, averaging 60mpg at a solid 80mph, incredible

one car that caught my eye the other day was this new lexus, didnt quite catch the model of it. they're big on eco friendly motors. might look at switching to that in the future.. once you get a powerful car out of your system, you just wana go back to something that doesnt burn a hole in your pocket.

The new C63 doesn't sound as good as the old one but it's still very mean. I love that car. I almost bought a M4 because it's truly a driver's car but I managed to get a killer deal on my current car so had to pass on that. Both are magnificent cars. Audi's RS line needs to pick it up because the RS5 is getting outdated fast.

Are you talking about the W204 model of C class. The noise on them. Im talking about the noise from them too. I havent seen a c63 around in the new shape that came out last year.

The new Jaguar F-type are definitely good looking cars. Never drove one so don't know if they are good or not.

Which part of USA are you from, Colorado?

Yeah, the W204 has that 6.2L V-8 and it's probably the greatest engine assembled onto an AMG series. Pure music.

The C63 AMG S (W205) came out already in the states and I had a chance to test drive it at my local dealership. I think it's a great car but the price they were asking for is absurdly high. Ended up passing on them.

fredoom fc i 100% agree with you, the noise on the w204 c63 is incredible. Brilliant. the e63 is meant to be better though?

the w205, dont think its as good as its predecessor, i think the design of the w204 is better in my opinion.

@Mr. Chelsea, I haven't driven the new E63 yet but one of my SVP's has one and has not said anything negative about the car and claims that it's way better than the previous version. I've always thought the old one was pretty good so it must be amazing.

I think the performance numbers of the W205 is better than W204. Could be wrong here. The W205 is essentially a S-class shrunk down. Weird looking at first, but it grew on me.

Always loved Mercedes but not the prices the dealerships want for them. Depreciation is terrible on them and reliability is always an issue.

Yep thats what the guy at the dealership said to me. They've taken plenty of bits from the S class and put it into the C class. I stil think the W204 especially the C63, is one of the meanest looking Mercs in recent times. Would have been hard for Mercedes to outdo that model.
