This is the first time we've gone top since we beat Swansea under Moyes I think

Jesus christ.
Looked so much more of a threat with Basti and Ander on. Fine margins meant we didn't create chances. Also as a leading the line performance, Wayne stunk the place out with that one.
If Blind was taller, I would be happy with him in defence

Rooney is not a striker. We have been telling Van Gaal for months to play him in his preferred position of centre back

Although Depay didn't have a great game he showed that we have lacked someone with pace to get in behind with his chance. Confident 9 times out of ten he'd finish that.
Well at least we got this game out of the way unscathed again. We can sit back and relax for abit and let the other teams worry about gaining points
we've turned a 17 point deficit on Chelsea into a 5 point lead over them. A 22 point turnaround!

If this team had someone like Benzema. It would be phenomenal

Cavani would be perfect for us,or Kane.
If we are going to invest in a striker we may as well fork out for Kane. He blatantly has the ability to become class as much as some on here want to deny it.
We give him a game every week and he will become just that.

Not thrilling but it's progress
Wouldn't rather have Kane than Cavani
