This, due to DNS propagation overhead and database import may take up to 12 hours, but will be down at least minimum of 3 hours. The new database architecture is based on SSD storage so hopefully should keep things snappy.

Yeah the DNS caches will take a while to flush, but if you get any page not found errors. Press Ctrl+F5 a few times.
My phone gets here without fail
Laptop doesnt like it atm though even with ctrl f5
Yeah, it boils down to who does your DNS and if it has propegated our new IP address to all their servers. It should get better as the night goes on.
