What on earth would Taylor add to the club other than undermine Jackett and all the back room staff. If the manager isn't up to the job then sack him. If he is up to the job don't undermine him
Personally i don't see it as having much to do with KJ.
Right now we don't even have a chairman, so we will presumably hire one, why not have one that actually has some football knowledge and indeed chairman knowledge like taylor.
What we do know is that what we are doing now isn't working.
Not saying i am 100% behind this suggestion, but i don't think it should be dismissed so readily.
SJH offered him the same roll apparently, but he declined, so its a non starter anyway i imagine.
I dismiss it readily. Can't think of any advantage.
To say it has not much to do with the manager is frankly stupid
Ah good, we are going down that route again.
Are we not already aware that Kenny isn't sole decision maker, its a committee.
Taylor wouldn't have any designs on being manager.
Also, wouldn't taylor and kenny be familiar with each other from Watford days?
Dunno if their times overlapped or not.
Plus we are related, which is pretty handy for me if i choose to abuse the privilege
Taylor was manager when my wife worked at molineux she always speaks highly of him
🌰 turnip
I missed out on WC94 cus of him and Carlton Palmer
Isn't Moxey chairman at the moment? Don't see why he would want to hire a new chairman whilst he probably gets a pay rise and more pies.
Perhaps we should skip all this and just hire Sunny as chairman. He is always right, so although it would give us less to discuss on here, the club would surely rise like Wolfgang after one of his blue pills.
So what is your argument/opinion amiga?
You're saying we're relying more on our Academy than we are spending money. I agree.
You're saying that talking about replacing our coach is annoying. I agree.
"Who knows, but as I point out but no one agree's we seem to be building for the long term, balancing the books and building on the youth." I agree.
Not sure why you're , unless..................
Sorry Sunshine just saw this post, my argument is pretty clear, I don't think anyone has issues with opinions outside of disagreeing with them
People for whatever reason have issues with you, even I find some of your attitudes bewildering, but I also accept you can make some good points.
It's a shame but you have built yourself a situation where your point of view is lost in peoples perception of you.
I don't hold any grudge against you even if I play along with the general consensus, it is just playing for the most part.
""......., but I also accept you can make some good points"
Name one.
My so called reputation began when I started calling for a past manager to be sacked long before he was. It was also in question because I consistently stated that he was never going to "move the club forward", which he didn't. Sure, we stayed in the Premiership for 3 years (more by luck than anything else) But all the time I kept mentioning it, I was told I didn't know what I was talking about by the vast majority on here at the time. But it subsequently turned out that I was right. He couldn't do it and was rightly sacked. That pi55ed off a lot on here and they cannot let it go.
Lets be quite honest, the only reason a few get any grief is because they don't think the sun shines out of McCarthys ass.
No more, no less.
Amiga, if less people played down your last remark, it would be a start and maybe even for most of us to get along. You'll still get the no-hopers carrying on with their agendas, I'm afraid.
"Playing along" is what half the problem is, isn't it?
The way people are treated has nothing to do with their opinions on specific topics and everything to do with how respectful they are of other posters.
Hey wolfie, I heard that when you ran away from home to hide in America your friends and family sent you a note saying, "Do not come home and all will be forgiven."

But yet i am called an idiot, moron etc etc by dj on a daily basis, just for posting opinions. Look above for details about an hour ago.
Funny you have no problem with that?
I could show you 100 such cases of that compared to maybe once or twice from me.
Sunshine, I do wonder if you realise how you come across, you have opinions as does everyone, many times people disagree,
But you do come across as arrogant in those opinions, maybe it has got to a point where you feel are targeted unfairly and to be honest in that you probably have a point, but you have to then ask yourself why.
As for me playing along, I think if you know the person you will also realise they are not having a go, but it is a forum and it doesn't always have to be serious.
I'm now welcomed as Moxey, I don't take it seriously I know why and to be honest even I can laugh about it, it's harmless fun, although in your situation I can understand you feeling it is a bit more than that.
Explain to me Cinci why me saying it's stupid to say that that bringing in a new chairman would have not much impact on Jackett, is criticising an opinion?
It's criticising a ridiculous notion that a chairman and a manager don't have much to do with each other.
It is how you do it DJ, you would not respond in that manner to most other posters but will respond in that way to me.
Tats acknowledged this yesterday and has done in the past.
I appreciate that at times i fully deserve that kind of response/attitude, but i do make an effort not to row, as is proven by how myself and tats talk on here, and we had a fairly large problem.
One day Cinci and DJ will kiss and release all this tension. Then we will have the first ja606 wedding.
Obviously Halfy will conduct the ceremony through a live thread. Wolfie will give Cinci away whilst Perton looks proudly on. Bute will be DJ's best man and give a comical speech that will undoubtedly mention Mick and upset all the bride's side.
Tatter will sing at the reception whilst Tino removes any guests that misbehave. The rest of us will just enjoy the occasion.
Only after this will we have peace on this forum.
That's beautiful Tam
Let's make it happen
Forget Godwin's Law.
Wolfie's Law: All threads will eventually mention Wolfie, followed by reams of debate centred around Wolfie.
I cannot help but think that many secretly want to be Wolfie.
