Overrated big time. His big problem is he strolls around the pitch thinking he is CR7 and looks like he is more concerned how he looks rather than how he is playing.

Yeah agree, not great from Jack, but that will change under Garde as he will know how to use him and what buttons to press.
Gabby went off due to a calf injury, he looks a spent force to me.
Great from Carles Gil he'll be a big player for us and obviously wanted to impress Garde.
We are rock bottom and now have to back Garde to get us out of this mess.

Grealish needs to grow up and put in the effort. We're OK in that respect; we have Gil. Garde must wonder what he's taken on, but maybe he'll look at the bench and see the prospects sitting on it. Think players like Veretout could have a bright future.

If we're going down I'd rather we did it having a crack at decent quality football than hopeless backs-to-the-wall staff. Garde needs our support.

There were a few positives tonight .. Gil really changed the game when he came on and i thought Ayew and Sinclair really out in a decent shift. Ayew needs to start up front, he's wasted playing wide.

Gil did very well when he came on against Swansea but he has started on the bench ever since. Thank god we've got a new manger. He can't make things any worse.

Gestede never will be premier league standard, Lescott and Gabby are passed it. When someone hits on the idea of playing are best players we might start to make progress. Hopefully the Frenchman will be that man.

So glad he didn't declare for the ROI, played the waiting game for ages.

He'll be playing a longer one if he thinks England will pick him.

He will get a cap or two but IMO that's it unless he gets his head out of his hole.

Grealish has his £50k per week four year contract - why the hell should he try?

If my employer gave me a guaranteed four year contract that would bring in £5m after tax - regardless of how well I dug graves - I would not be breaking my neck to double my quota of completed plots.
