TYPICAL !!!! Looks a real bad injury as well .. Months rather than weeks out it would seem. Just when i thought we didn't have to see Richardson in a villa shirt anymore ... ..
yep thats what I thought....LESCOTT can fill in
would rather Clark at LB and Okore at CB
sorry for butting in by the way, but every time I have seen Richardson he has been rubbish, surely you guys have someone better than him to fill in?
Ffs, my fantasy football team is destroyed by injuries again
Why was he carried from the field? Don't they have stretchers in friendlies?
If he's lucky it'll be a medial ligament rather than an anterior one. Otherwise could be out for the season. Rotten luck, for him and us.
Wonder if we can recall Cissokho?
Looking at the replay again reckon could be a medial ligament, probably the inside one. Did it myself a few years ago, fell off a perfectly good path up a mountain in Scotland and doubled the leg underneath me at an awkward angle. The ligament was torn rather than snapped. Managed to walk off the mountain (if the leg is straight there's little strain on that ligament); good job as it was 4 miles back down. If he's snapped it it might need an op, but nothing like as bad as a cruciate ligament.
Fkin Internationak break. I hate it. They seem to come around as often as a Kennedy funeral these days too.
Boring lost weekend and causes all kinds of problems for teams. Fkoff!!!

Don't think anyone can be recalled til Jan
Richardson's better than some we've had in that position; he looks better than Lescott anyway. I'd go for Bennett; he's on loan until January but 1/2 season loans often have a recall clause.
There's also Okore, Ilori and Crespo.
Latest news is Gestede was pulled off with an injury in his match; not know yet how serious it is
I reckon if he is injured the Kozak ought to be given a chance
Morons mean one less game now.
Very surprised its still going ahead.
Gestede out. Amavi out.
Maybe Villa's new French speaking regime should sign the Belgian Fellaini (on a loan) until the end of the season. He could probably score as many as Gestede?
He has scored 1 in 4 for Belgium. And they are a decent team.
Bad news. Amavi out for the season. It's a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament, the one in front of the knee which stops the top of the leg sliding forwards over the bottom.
Very bad luck for the lad. Hope his recovery goes well and he's back for us next summer.
Paul Lambert is Blackburn Rovers manager.
Was a rumour that Ayew was injured Not so. Phew!
why are there so many international breaks?
international football can lick my balls, and continue all the way to my arris hole.
waste of time
Hello Chronic
So that England can go further down the world rankings which they have falsely risen by playing no hopers
