Aren't we the team that hasn't beaten any of the top clubs? I must have dreamt last night.

We've now played the top 7 (except BHA) and not lost a game. Just sayin'.

I think you've dreamt a lot of things Spart.

No bookings at all in last nights game.

I'm rewarding the first half. We've just gone 2 up.

It's slinging it down. To win 0-2 on a cold wet Friday night in Hull shows great character. Absolutely fantastic.

We've got so many goal scorers that two can have a off day and others will step up. Hull have it too but no so many. Hernandez and Maloney had an off day last night but no one else stepped up.

The commentator made a statement that the Rams Are top for the first time since March. That's another 4 months of tough football so like Cat says, let's enjoy the moment but not get carried away.

We were under the cosh for about 40 minutes last night until their midfield ran out of steam. During this period Martin and Weimann were as important as the defenders in taking the pressure off our defence. Martin took some big hits from Maguire and the referee did nothing. The drop Martin squad should look at what else he contributes to the team. I can't imagine Bent being as useful in those circumstances.

Griff, is that right? PC offered Simmo something? I assumed he wanted a clean sweep.

Spart. Martin was brilliant for the 1st goal and the 2nd Davies was on the floor and Martin made sure he was in front of McGuire so Butterfield had clear site to shoot. 1 bloke needs praise from last night was the ref. never noticed him, no bookings on a wet night. He let play go. Other refs would have dished out 6 plus yellow cards. Christie could have been booked on 30mins for s late challenge. Regarding Martin I think the win ratio with him playing is around 55% and without him 22%. I'm not into stats but that's interesting. Big question? Does Johnson come straight back in. I thought the midfield 3 worked better last night away from home without him.

Are you sure Griff? About Simpson I mean. OR what Fin says.....

I've been told he was offered the chance to stay and some of the players asked him to but the lure of Newcastle and wages was too much. Reap what you sow.

Anyone think Weimann could legitimately gone down when bursting through into the area which led to the first goal?

Interesting, my take was that yes, you can stay but it was the lure of Steve Mc and being able to enjoy the autonomy that he had at Derby.

He didn't need to.
Regarding Warnock, when was the last time we had a left back that pits the tackles in like warnock? It come be Steve Buckley

I have not been a fan of Warnock. But his last 3 performances have been excellent and have made me eat my words...Not on a scale of how silly Keogh has made 666 look...and i couldnt be happier. I really thought we would miss Forsyth in a big way. Thats how well Warnock has done that we havent missed him at all. Thorne made Hiddlestone look a lump...Butterfield & Big Jeff worked their socks off...Keogh & Shackell were solid...Christie is the new Dani Alves...and Carson proved his worth yet again. Our club is on the up all round.

All our full backs have come on leaps and bounds this season whereas under McClaren they were going backwards. Warnock and Christie are now key players whereas they were as last season they were liabilities. Weimann couldn't get a game in a struggling Villa team but is a real handful for defences and tracks back to give the defence a help. The only player who doesn't seem to respond to Clement's coaching is Ince but he is probably uncoachable.

Regarding Forsyth, does anyone know how many games he's played this season. If we win the league you need 12 appearances to get s medal

The transformation in Christie & Warnock is unreal. As Griff says...Bradley Johnson is available next game. Does he sit down with Bryson,Russell,Bent,Baird..or do you bring him back in? Massive decision...but a fantastic choice to make.
