Taken me a while to catch up but I thought the first episode was ok, second was really good but the third was appalling. In both storyline and delivery - appalling.

Who on earth looked at that chase seen and signed it off for release?! At one point I actually wondered whether they were making it cheap on purpose to give it a retro feel but that’s just looking for excuses for what it completely dreadful tv.

I’m hoping for a strong bounce back in episode 4.

I think they made the chase scene with a low budget because they have other episodes with better visuals coming up. Also, they know Star Wars fans will accept most of what is given.

Seems a bit daft to me that Boba Fett rolls with some real badass people but then hires that little crew as his security!!

A film about a beloved character made famous by the great Harrison Ford.

I think it's meant to show how much they hate tattooine, they hate the world, they have no job, they get gouged for basic necessities like water, it's a reflection of Mod culture, and as one article I read on it put it: those bikes wouldn't look out of place on a bustling metropolis planet like coruscant, and given their dislike for tattooine it's just a little act of rebellion.

But yeah, it looks shiiiiit

It looked bad and it still doesn't make sense. How did they get the funds to buy the bikes and have cybernetic limbs and modifications? That stuff doesn't come cheap and if they hated Tattooine so much, I am sure they could find ways off the planet. I accept and even understand that they represent the oppressed and the youth that are struggling under the harsh conditions of Tattooine but the execution was wrong for me.

Oh and the gang seem to be able to hold their own against a Wookie, which again, doesn't tie with what they are supposed to represent.

It's bad writing and direction for me. If you know Star Wars and you know the source material, you wouldn't make these choices. They need Filoni to take over this show because he's the mastermind behind the franchises resurgence.

You’ll be glad to know Robert Rodriguez still has one more Ep to come.
And my guy with the cybernetic eye, he had a killer fade, for a poor dude. Clean cut.
Attention to detail people! Who the hell signed off on that look and those bikes?!

It's just disappointing that they've gone from Mandalorian to this. I never expected anything mindblowing from this show but I thought the quality would at least match Mandalorian. I hope this is just a one off mistake and not a sign of things to come.

That's an interesting question because the name of the show sounds like an autobiography of his life but the trailers led me to believe it would be about Boba being a crimelord. We are now 3 episodes in and we've spent more time in the past than we have in the present.

Book of his life, then thinking he's a crimelord and it refers to his ledger, and he would be settling debts...

Now I just have no idea

Just sounds a religious thing to me.

Mandos story is called: The Mandalorian
Obi wan show is called: Obi wan
Bobas is called: The book of Boba fett, I just assumed a more elaborate name would have relevance.

What are the doing?!?!? People are giving it good grace for the first 3 Eps, but yer taking the P now.
I was still on this Train.
But at some point the Train leaves the fecking platform!!

I preferred it to Ep 3, but all this could’ve been shown last week. And I think people would’ve really liked it, if they had combined the Eps.
There’s some really really cool shots in there this week.
Good moments. But, it’s not enough after 4 eps.
And I think there’s a goof in there, that left me scratching me head,

But I’m also throwing flan and tomato. I can’t believe it, but they outdid themselves!! They topped the Vespas!! Absolutely, 100% the most un-star wars thing imaginable!!. This is not an over-reaction.

The Vespas were out of place for Tatooine but not Star Wars. What they choose to do here, for me, is horrendous.

This is directed by Bryce Dallas Howard. That means we still got Robert Rodriguez one to come. Yay.

I haven't watched the episide yet but the reviews look mixed.

Guv, I swear, you make cuts here and there on both Eps 3 and 4, still have a running time of 1hr.
Then that would’ve been Ep 3, and even with the Vespas scene, the Ep would’ve been really good I think.

But at this point in what, 3 hrs of story telling, I’ve never known a show to be so slow. And it’s only 7 eps.

Ah man that doesn't sound good. I will try to watch with an open mind but not looking promising.

It’s a good Ep. 2nd best of the 4, cos they have time here. But the mistake here is that this should’ve been the rest of Ep 3 imo.
And the bad choice made here for a scene, just pulled me out of that world.
But overall, it’s a good Ep. Just feels like another week wasted though.

Maybe a bit emotional there, but really that’s the only 2 things I can fault this weeks Ep on.
But those 2 things were the overwhelming feeling I had.
This should’ve been Ep 3
But I still stand by my reaction to the 2nd thing, which annoyed the hell out of me. I can’t believe they went with that and signed off on it. Disgrace.
