Lol yeah my bro in law put it on and we binged it all

Definitely I'd go for 7.5/8 out of 10

Not sure on individual episodes cause it was binged but maybe the one with the similar planet, the Troiks? Also jude law challenging and becoming captain of the kids ship.

Jude Law is a highlight, loving Smee as well.

Skeleton Crew Ep 6 - 7.5/10

What a way to start the year!! Still can’t predict how this ends. Can’t tell if Jude is bad/good? I’m thinking bad… 🤔

Episode 6 was the weakest of the series for me. Probably 6/10.

The ending was good but overall it just felt a little too filler-ish. This is an 8 part series, by episode 6 I want to see serious plot development in preparation for the ending. The kids arguing, splitting up into groups, issues with KB's wiring, trash crabs; doesn't cut the mustard for me I'm afraid.

Overall I still think it's a damn good series and I'm really interested to see how they end it, but Ep6 was the first miss-step imo.

I thought it was very good despite being a bit of a filler. Jude Law's storyline did develop and it's clear he's going to lead a mutiny.

You could be right though, it's scoring the lowest on rating of all the episodes so far.

so far for me its about a 6/10, above average, good but not great. Its being carried by Jude Law. the kids aint the best characters or they havent given much backstory to them. As things stand I dont have a particular liking to any of the kids. the wee elephant one is annoying and the main character adventurer kid is much more dumber than he should be.

I think thats where a lot of Skeleton crews praise is coming from... its not as bad as ________ . I dont see myself going back and watching it over again. And I have watched mando back at least 4/5 times (currently going through it again), just finished season 1 last night.

I think it's a good show in it's own right, clearly takes influence from a lot of other shows but does a good job at paying homage to them rather than feeling like a straight rip off. The whole thing feels like Star Wars, the characters are pretty watchable and Jude Law elevates the whole thing.
