He's done OK since he had a day off and played for Boro.
Sounds as if Evans likes him and wants him to stay.
Typical Leeds - keep the mediocre and sell the crown jewels.
We've been here before.
Hopefully Cook digs his heals in with regard to Bournemouth and he does actually stay at least until the summer.
One of the worst headers of the ball for a CB i've ever seen.
Bellusci is prone to the odd lost head moment, but have to say I've warmed to him this season - he has improved (perhaps adapted to the game) a bit more.
It's just a shame he has some silly errors in his game - there is a reasonable player in there ......
hes quite a good footballer but a pretty naff centre back.
Bellusci is a strange player, because he's clearly very talented but just will make a terrible mistake every 5 games or so.
Be a bad decision to sell right now though. He's been Evans' first choice and we'd be down to 2 centrebacks.
Good player and we can't afford to lose a CB
Best Fans, don't we have Cooper, Bamba and Wootton? That's 3 by my fingers.
Would be absolutely mad to turn down offers of £1m+ and retrieve some of the wasted money on a player not suited to the English game.
Dogged, feisty, can turn defence into attack with a good long pass and hits a dead ball well, hope he sticks around despite his lack of height.
He is a useless CB who costs us games, constantly makes mistakes and is a totally liability.
Not selling him is madness.
Lack of height...he's 6" 1. Its his lack of jumping ability (which is lynchpinned by his lack of athleticism) which makes him seem dwarf like.
If someone actually wants to pay us money for Bellusci we should take it.
Wootton seems like he has switched to being a RB, he looks much better there than he ever did at CB IMO.
At this stage in the season we don't want to be selling 3-4 different players, all of whom will need replacing. With Ant, Byram, Cook, Erwin all speculated to be leaving selling Bellusci would be plain stupid.
Bottom line is the manager likes him, picks him and he has played in one of our best runs of the season.
We don't have the options to be able to sell him at this stage I think.
Bellusci is better than Bamba so we need to keep him unless we are looking for two more CB's this transfer window.
