Well RDD i still appear to be in the same place as I was before Robbs comment.
I guess like most things you do not really have an understanding of them.
He's a good player. Certainly much better than Valencia. I cannot take anyone seriously that actually thinks Valencia is a good right back. It's worse than your defence of Van Gaal and Moyes' ineptitude.

valencia is miles better than darmian
----------------------------------------------------
Spurs 1st game of the season they did not create a single chance from their left for 80 minutes. Darmian is then subbed for Valencia and Spur had 3 clear chances from the left to equalize
----------------------------------------------------------------------
you have a good memory, i'll take your word for it.
darmian started the season really well though!
i'll give you that. i thought we signed a cracking right back.
but i'd take valencia over him right now. he is terrible and lost all confidence.
Valencia is not a good RB at all. He doesn't understand offside and can't defend.
Anyone who willfully chooses to play Valencia at right back is the sort of person who pulls the wings off flies or who looks in the mirror and sees Ian Beale staring back at them.
Robb,
Can't understand why you're giving Heisenberg grief to be fair.
You backed moyes to the end so what's wrong with him backing LVG, there's mo difference really.
See cleverson and Robb are still at it. These two can't get over the fact their beloved moyes was rightly sacked. Seeing two of them here joyous over what we are going through should tell you everything you need to know about these two imbeciles. Stats or no stats, no one can tell me David Moyes was or is a better manager than moyes. In that case farking Pochetino is better than Mourinho going by this season.

no your just one of those types who bashes young, fellaini or valencia just cos their easy targets. which is funny as you have fletcher in your name who was always made a scapegoat.
if my arguments are inept, fine, but no one here is convincing me or themselves with their arguments. just petty point scoring going on here.
VC - how ridiculous to suggest a professional footballer doesn't understand the offside rule. That is one of the silliest things iv heard you say on here

Well done to Van Gaal on signing a rb that is miles worse than Valencia then. Top management, that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think he will prove to be a better rb than Valencia. He's one of a number of players whos confidence is shot and has been for weeks now. Clearly the whole van gaal situation is almost untenable and will only impact further on the players.
They're easy targets because they're shiiiiiit footballers and should be nowhere near Manchester United. Though to be fair to Young he's put in some respectable performances the last six months.
You won't be convinced by people's arguments because you're deluded.

he had a few bad games last season, and positional sense was a problem. but i dont remember anyone getting the better of him, he did well against hazard and sanchez and other pacy players.
and he linked up well with mata and his stretching of the play gave mata more room to operate in. it worked.
darmian (much like Blind at lb) always fills me with fear. and he offers nothing going forward.
BlaBla, he's already proven he's a better right back than Valencia. Valencia is not a footballer.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes there is though.
For decades we weren't a sacking club. Moyes came and I thought there was no way we'd sack him as we just don't do that. And then we did. The club drew the lines and showed what their plans were for managers who weren't up to scratch so that altered what I thought the expectations were of the board. That long term thinking was a thing of the past if the manager was doing badly.
LVG is doing badly. So badly that its actually overtaken the moyes season and we are an absolute joke. Moyes or not, it doesn't take away from the fact that LVG has to be sacked now. Imagine another week of him. We could genuinely be knocked out of the fa cup and the Europa. Why risk it?
Will a young defender become a better defender than a 30 plus winger, hmmmmm, it's a tough one.
Stats or no stats, no one can tell me David Moyes was or is a better manager than moyes.

Tell that to Hernandez who played like he was born offside when he was at United
Valencia didn't stretch play! That's a load of nonsense.
Mata had space to operate in due to our opponents being dragged out to the left and having to deal with Fellaini. This allowed Mata to drift inside to link up with Herrera.
And it worked for about four games.

i just wont criticise a manager who last season had an injury crisis, and has had two already this season.
players like fletcher, o'shea, cleverley, park, all run off the mill footballers but did a job and were reliable. or atleast the manager knows they give their all.
calling young, fellaini and valencia shiiite is disrespectful and daft. not everyone who plays for united needs to be world class.
