Iwas, we buy twice as much from the EU than they buy from us, why would they stop trading? They need our markets as we need theirs, but we also need to trade with the rest of the world.

If we leave I would like to see a trade agreement with the rest of the EU which would be like it was when I voted to stay, in 1975. I think your firm would be able to carry on like you do now, the last thing I want is for the UK to lose jobs, I think if we leave there would be more jobs.

The one certainty is that even if we voted to leave, which I don't think will happen, we wouldn't be allowed to leave . They would move heaven and earth to stop us, Dave would have to negotiate again and this time he might get some better results. The EU need our money to survive, they won't want to lose the golden goose.

My god theres some traitors on this board,so you don't give a flying fluck that our ancestors only 80 odd years ago sacrificed there lives so we could keep our sovereignty and not be ruled by the likes of Germany and others like them,it's just about money for a lot of you as you are businessmen who have a vested interest in having access to a pool of cheap labour at any cost as long as it makes you rich,in fact of are ferkin sick.

What a load of crap Ricky. The war was not about whether we were in the EU or not. We were part of the Allied Forces in the war, not fighting on our own. Had we been on our own we would of course have been utterly defeated.

"Ruled by the likes of Germany and others like them" Those others without whom we would have lost the war you mean, if that is to be your reference point.

JFC and FFS..

You can't compare 1970's Britian with the Britian of today. We made stuff then, we don't make that much now by comparison. We have competition all over the world that we didn't have then. We need as many advantages as possible not barriers.

How long will it take to get the agreements, what happens until then?
There is also personal choice, Britian could become a bad word in Europe for deserting them, companies may change suppliers.

As for not being allowed to leave, we wil have voted for it in a referendum, who has the right to overrule that?

So you're willing to be held to ransom by a bunch of unelected power hungry maniacs who think that there is no such thing as democracy and to top that off no one even has the chance to vote for the burgers,at least we can vote to kick out our elected muppets every 5 years

Vidal, we were alone in the war until 8/12/41, except for our cousins in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Rhodesia, Canada and a few more ex friends.

Russia was with Hitler till he attacked them.

It's happened, I've lost, I've mentioned Hitler.

Iwas..We are voting to re - establish ourselves as a sovereign nation in full control over who comes here and who can remain here. We do not and have never wanted to be part of a federal superstate and had I and my parents and grandparents known what the EEC would evolve into we/they would never have voted to take us in.

Great, that's yours and their viewpoint. I am trying to share my experience of exporting to the EU because Scouce wanted views on the Brexit.

I am not scaremongering. I am not a politician.
