Pretty dumb article.
"Guy fails in first management position at big club in a foreign country" shock.
Not really, he made a good point and you lot are frothing at the mouth.
You would say he has made a good point.
Although I admire the talent of typing that comment whilst your tongue is stuck up his aaarsehole
You would say he has made a good point.
Yes, if he makes a good point I'll agree with it...
....it's can't be that hard to grasp even for you 'special' people.
What good point has he made?
All I have read from him is utter drivel
The only part of the article I might disagree with is the first one.
If someone offered me the position of Cheif Medical Officer on a 6 figure salary, at a foreign hospital, I'd probably accept it even though most of my medical knowlege has been gleaned from watching the end of Casualty while I'm waiting for MOTD to start.
So baisicaly tinker bell "Manc "sorry Stockport" Python" is saying a pundit can critisize but someone on here can't.
One wonders if he would have been so defensive had it been say Jamie Caragher?
I'm guessing not.
Er ruiney I'm guessing you haven't figured out what the point of this website is.
Oh poor Garry Neville I'm sorry for the hurtful words please on behalf of the insulted wall flowers on here exept my full apology for critisizing your awful record as a manager so far.
Sorry I'm sorry so so sorry.
I believe Bryan Robson was up for the job but he tried to sell the Valencia directors Doncaster Rovers during the interview.
Who said he can't be criticised?
You said that he can talk the talk but can't walk the walk so should just not criticise anyone.
That's a dumb suggestion as his job was to be a pundit, and thankfully he didn't kiss ass he just said what he thought.
As I said earlier also, I doubt he is under any illusions as to the mistake made at Valencia.
To be fair to Gary Neville, Jose Mourinho reigning champions Chelsea in premierleague many pundits favourites to win the league 16 league game 9 defeats. Gary Neville 17 league games 8 defeats.
I can understand there being some entertainment in someone who (for a short time) criticised others mistakes going and making his own mistakes.
But it is going to be a bit difficult if the only people we can have as pundits are highly successful managers.
For starters they are usually in high demand thanks to being highly successful managers.
Secondly I can't help but feel the likes of Wenger, Mourinho, Pep and SAF have other things they'd usually rather do even when they do have the free time.
You can't hide from the fact with all his knowledge and punditry skills his first foray into management was a total absolute failure.
Never ceases to amaze me how dumb some fans are.
Your saying his first job wasn't an abject failure?
The rags seem to think he was a roaring success.
They can't take any Criticism ever even about an ex player.
Very delicate.

Their not dumb, just bitter. If it'd been someone else (not an ex United player) they would probably understand that you can be a pundit without being the worlds greatest manager.
I think comparisons to Alan Shearer have already been made and I actually prefer Neville to that Geordie gobshite as a pundit.
