Lets be honest there has to be a ridiculous freak injury crisis to Vardy, Kane, Sturridge and Rooney before Rashford or Defoe would get a game, so makes sense to give a youngster a taste and maybe it will benefit England in the long run.

Could also be an interesting option... tiredness does play a part in these comps too... especially in the summer heat

roy has just basically said that rashford is very unlikely to knock any of the established strikers off their perch, so unless he bangs in a hat trick in one of the warm up games we can assume he is dropping out.

3 CB's is risky, I suppose Dier could drop in if needed.

Tbf to Roy, Rashford seems ice cold in front of goal, he's really good at making himself a yard to get a shot of.

Not too dissimilar to Vardy and Sturridge, but he does lead the line and stay central.

Would think Antonio has a much better claim than Townsend though so he's still stuck with one of his regulars there.

Antonio could also cover RB if needed.
