excellent, looking forward to the new season
The future's bright, the future's green and white, and the bears are sh!te
My mate got one in 209......it was the last in that section....my section 202 had no seats on public sale - all renewed On top decks about 85% plus sold too....all good Probably about 1000 or bit less left there!
Irvine, my youngest boy was in the "queue" for the ticket office and a lot of the folk he chatted were either getting their forst Season ticket or their first for a while, I hope those who do buy try and get there for all the games
HIs mates and him bought 8 between them and a fair few of them work weekends so I will get a free ticket most games, tight bastirt that I am
I went online a couple of hours ago to check the seating plan and there looked about 40 odd left in whole bottom tiers. all the availability are for the top tier back 3 or 4 rows. Looking at the plan I'd say there's only about 1k left? It seems that the whole LL upper is sold out? I know the club need to keep 8k spare and can only sell 52K season tickets so I wonder where those 8k seats are? Won;t be the rangers end as that is where they are selling the family season tickets
The 8k seem to be the area that has been closed off.
They might do what they did years ago when demand was high and sell about 5,000 season books as 'special ST's' where they don't give access to the rangers games ? I got one for the first time in many years in centre of North stand 404 I think - really looking forward to a better atmosphere next season - still went to many home games and it's been flat the last season in particular.
RnR....to me it has to be sections 415-9 which had the flags draped.....all ST holders get 2 free tickets for a game... good luck who has to organise that
They usually have more that aren't viewable online. When I got mine the other year they weren't showing up as available but I got them.
If they do sell out as foddy says they will do a 36 game ST in the end that away fans get on OF games.
Should be full house's at both Ibrox and Parkhead next season.
Lets hope for a good title race with Us Aberdeen and Hearts challenging.

That's going to be tricky to say the least.

I don't want a good title race. I want it wrapped up by the split. If we're winning and scoring goals there will be full houses anyway, just like when MON was there.
I forgot about the two free tickets ! They'll need to hold on to 5,000 tickets to cover that ! They blew it !
That's an awful lot of people who will have to find something else to do in April and May as Aberdeen stroll to the title.
Unless of course there is an Old Firm game in those months. Celtic fans definitely don't miss those.
Anyone know the record for biggest drop in attendance between August and April out of curiosity?
They have no chance of fulfilling the 2 free tickets if everyone wants one.
IF we sell 52k season tickets they need to provide 104000 tickets. Over the course of 16 games (excluding the 2 OF games) they need 6000 seats free. That would mean no public sale pretty much.
Unless it's just for adults tickets so taking a guess at 40k of adult tickets that's 80k free tickets so that is still 5000 seats they need to make available spread over 16 games
That's an awful lot of people who will have to find something else to do in April and May as Aberdeen stroll to the title.

already planning your new username.
Ivan, your determination with that is admirable
I want to win the title in as few games as possible, I do not enjoy close run things, makes me drink with the nerves.
"Anyone know the record for biggest drop in attendance between August and April out of curiosity?"
I bet someone on here could find out if they spent the time, not me I cannae be bothered but there will a couple who will, I now want to know though
This happens every year at Ibrox , exciting isn't it
Murney.....knock off the kids and concessions who wont be offered it then just about achievable as not everyone takes it up....I do for a couple I know who don't have cash for STs
Piff
Tell you what though, there are going to be an awful lot of unhappy buoys on their first game of the season at Celtic Park when they're already 9 points behind Rangers in the league (no game first weekend, pumped away to Aberdeen second game midweek, Rangers lunchtime kick off the following weekend).
