Think Will would do better moving t'continent, maybe 1 more year with Derby, it would be career suicide to go to a big club and play in their development squad.

I see that Pearson has refused to comment on any speculation concerning incomings and outgoings.

I'd be gutted to see Will go.

I just want 3/4s of one season with Thorne, Hughes, Hendrick and Butters all fit. Peabo can fill in occasionally to keep 666 happy, but those 4 would be superb together.

Meanwhile, is Idiakez coming home?

I said a few weeks ago indigo might be coming back.
If the money's right for Will I think it's the time to sell for his sake. He will develop better in the EPL and I wouldn't be-grudge him a move now.

If it's man Utd and woodward, just ask for. 25p, well renegotiate it to 96.5m

A la Seth Johnson when he went to Leeds 😂😂

If we let Will go for £7m we need our bumps feeling. It would be as daft as Wassall playing him as the holding midfielder v Hull City at Derby.
I would be really sorry to see him go at any price.

But I agree with Griff for Hughes sake (but can he get a game at Old Trafford)

posted on 4/7/16

He might not get a game (initially) but he'd be on £50k+ a week for 4+ years and be financially secure for life.

Nothing against Will at all, and I'd be extremely sorry to see him go, but let's be realistic about what drives these players, and who can blame them.

They're only one tackle away from the end of their careers. Ask Tom Ince - as this is perfectly evident from the way he 'tackles'.

Baz - I t hink Will is unusual in that what drives him is actually playing football. I don't think from what I've heard that he is massively driven my the mega bucks, and genuinely wants to be a key part of a team, out on the grass not sat on a bench.

Will was not short of the odd penny when he signed for us. I obviously wouldn't be against him improving his financial future but I would hope we would squeeze a bit more than £7M for him.
