He doesn't really ruin the player, just polays around him. His favoured system doesn't really use an "out-and-out striker".

Interesting article. It is quite clear that Pep like his players (Keeper, midfield, striker etc..) in a certain way.
One interesting comment which was made yesterday when the teamsheet were announced and people saw Aguero on the bench was that any other manager would have been crucified. But with Pep, we just have to assume he knows what he was doing.
In hindsight..... maybe not.
Crude article. A month ago Aguero was averaging a goal a game. It makes a mockery of Villa scoring 50 goals in 120 appearances from a wide position and Lewis scoring 1 in 2 in his first season at Bayern as if this is proof Pep has ruined them, literally wtf. Ibra again having a 1 in 2 record for Barce is hardly proof that he flopped, more the actual off the pitch arguements he had with Pep. Mandzukic perhaps the only one who genuinely didn't fit his playing style, fair enough, sold to Juve/Atletico and didn't set world alight there either.
Strikers leaving a club is not a good indication. Every team aspires to hire a top striker to improve its chances. Suarez was at his best when he was purchased by Barca. it's also good to remember Aguero always resets to zero any time he is back from injury before he is back on form.
Pep....hugely hugely over rated....said it before & i'll say it again....
Barca & Bayern.....easy.....a half wit could manage them
City....not so
