As well as the club being sold we need a big improvement in the fitness of the squad. Not just the clearing up of injuries but players being able to run quickly, jump, and tackle strongly; all things which are missing at the moment.
Bring back injured players slowly, don't be tempted to rush; so that by the time Newcastle come visiting Mancienne, Pinillos, Vaughan, and Britt are able to start. Probably too early for Bendtner, and not a good idea to ask Fryatt to come out of retirement.
There is plenty of time to save the season and Championship status but things do need to start happening.

Tommo, at least your lotbare odds on to score at least 1
It'd be ironic if playing Derby was the first game we keep a clean sheet this season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sadly the average is far higher than 1
I agree sacking PM right now makes no sense. But if we continue to concede two goals a game then he will have to go. We can't just keep him if it's clear we are going down and there is no improvement. Whilst I don't think this squad is good enough to go up I do think we are more than good enough to comfortably stay up. DF showed this team can defend when necessary

Newcastle (30), norwich (26), and Barnsley (25) are the only teams that have scored more than us (24).
Only Rotherham (33) have conceded more than us (27). Very obvious where the problem lies. Will make interesting reading when we play the sheep.
6-6?
Or 0-0?
If this carries on much longer Lansbury wont sign his contract. As long as we get a decent figure, use the money plus Burke's money and ultimately stay up? I'd be happy.
The guy strolls around half-rs'd and isn't consistent enough. We might get 2-3m in January. Not ideal, but we need a leader and he doesn't do enough motivating.
If Lansbury goes then the risk is Britt goes. The further risk is that the rest of the players follow suit.
3 loans - Dumitru, Kasami and Perriera (admittedly he's the only one i'd like to keep)
Existing players - Lichaj, Mancienne, Pinillos, Vaughan, Cohen
Leaves us with this:
Stojkovic
Gabriel Perquis Mills Traore
Grant Anel Cash
Carayol Bendtner Osborn
Henderson, Hobbs, Fox, Lam, Edser, Lica, Vellios and Brereton
If we went to L1 then i'd imagine Hobbs, Osborn and Bendtner would probably want to leave to. Then it's just a simple case of 25m buyout clauses and ten year contracts for all the academy lads and just play them instead.
Oh....all the Existing Players and Loans above expire summer 2017
The issue is chile, is if we're not taken over Lansbury will probably be sold to either recoup fawazs loses or to Cover running costs, fawas doesn't want to put any more money in.
Get taken over and we'll probably still sell him, but it will atleast be reinvested into the club.
I really do think we're screwed if fawas waits too long.
Yes, it is imperative that the club is under new ownership by the time the window comes around. Really worried at the lack of backbone in the squad and that needs to be remedied quickly. It wouldn't be in Fawaz's interests to have a club on the verge of relegation as people will look to renegotiate the price and the club will be in limbo.
It's vital that we stop picking up un-necessary bookings. All three of Lam, Mills and Hilda need to be fined a months wages.

The 13m from Burke is enough to cover running costs for more than a season (even up to two). Our wage bill was reduced fairly significantly during embargo.
What I don't get is what the excuse is with the player payments as they should have 13m in accounts waiting to be "reinvested"
