Complete nonsense. You could argue that point if we were top of the league - not when we are in 6th place and 9 points off the leaders.
I think you'll find that he does owe his boss an explanation of why he spent the best part of £30m of United's money on a player he does not trust to sit on the bench for the reserve team.
Jose is currently failing to meet expectations. One of the main reasons for this is that the team is not strong enough in attack. Thus, Jose does indeed owe an explanation for why our main attacking signing of the summer is being ignored.
He may not owe the fans an explanation...yet...but to say he owes no one an explanation is utterly ridiculous.
If it was your millions that were spent on Miki, would you not demand an explanation?
