because we can't take free kicks to save our lives. Coutinhos only one who whips em in and even they rarely beat the first defender.

Set pieces*

NO shots on target by Everton, Migs NO save to make. We have weathered their "storm" easily, play footu and we win.

God the BS love booing

No goals about right given that they have both been poor. Plenty of effort but not much quality. Came in to it more when they started to tire.

Didn't start well and not been at the pace of the game. Everton playing like this derby should be played early on and set the tone. Creeped back into it in the last 15 mins but needs a drastic improvement. We've not tested their back line at all. Or their dodgy keeper. Having said that, they've not tested ours either.

First time we've been outplayed in a half this season. Last 20 mins was better but our defence is worried about Lukaku and sre dropping deep. Firmino moving into the middle isn't helping and Coleman looks very dangerous.

KlopP needs to tear into them and bring some composure and more ambition to our play.

we WILL play better, doubt everton will...long ball is all they know.

These games are all about staying calm, 0-0 at HT is fine, we can go on and win this.

I do fancy us to go and win in now.

yeah, Everton are ALL about long ball to lukaku..that IS it! Poor side for me tbh, whether we win or lose, dont rate Everton at all. Hope they tire and we rip em a new one.

I don't think its been that bad from us.

Not good obviously, but Mig hasn't had a save to make in an away derby where the home side have supposedly dominated.

Its been a poor game in truth.

Don't think we have to raise our performance level much to take control of this. Hopefully we can do it.

They are a limited side, and I feel our legs will be stronger than theirs.

As long as we don't concede first I'm confident we can go and win this.

We need Clyne and Milner bombing on. Firmino been quiet, Origi needs to be stronger, Henderson needs to be brave and get forward and drive us on. Much prefer Migs in goal 👍

Can's just coming back from injury isn't he? Not sure bringing him into such a physical match is a good idea.
