You got £15m for Ibe so anything is possible I guess. FSG are great at selling players.

We will see.
Nobody has said we are selling to either of those clubs with anything definitive. They might not even be in for him for all I know.
The Echo says our £20m price tag is based on bids we received last summer, and interest now.
We obviously believe this amount is achievable in this window.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
As far as I can recall, nobody has ever spent £20m on a defender other than Utd, City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Bayern, PSG, Juventus, Barca and RM. And us obviously.
If we do get it then fantastic but I think it'll have to be a PL club because I can't see an overseas club of the above calibre going for him.
Sakho is actually a good defender, but he was in a team that badly exposed his weaknesses and Liverpool basically insisted on making their defenders play out fromt he back, which Sakho si terrible at.
with a team and manager that actually knows what they are doing defensively, he could actually prove to be a good defender
As mentioned:
£4m for Ilori, hardly played a competitive game in his career.
£6m for Smith, likewise, absolute shiitt as well.
£15m for Ibe, done nothing and worse than Depay.
£20m is definitely achievable if selling to PL teams imo, £15m to foreign clubs probably.

Utterly clueless comment.
Sakho's passing is excellent and a strength of his.
Meanwhile our defending as a team has been excellent this season. Sakho would have benefitted greatly from having Milner and Matip alongside him instead of the error prone Skrtel and Moreno.
Unfortunately he had the weird drug ban thing and then burnt his bridges with Klopp by being unprofessional.
He was playing very well second half of last season. I don't think it would be crazy if PSG took him back actually and for similar money if it were summer and if they let someone go but this Jan Stoke seems the most likely or maybe even Palace.
It's not Klopp's fault Sakho cannot defend and looks like Fellaini with the ball at his feet. He's just a poor player.
He'd walk into the man utd back line

We will easily get 20m for him. Teams like West Ham, West Brom, Stoke are all in the hunt for a new CB and what's 20m to them these days?

Didn't look too bad over two legs against your lot last season Darren. He was starting for France and I thought we missed him in the Europa final as he was in form and a strong character. On form he's a very good player.

You sir are a muppet, and the above statement proves it!
Sakho was great on the ball, his running style an build made him look dodgy, the reason why hes going is because ge wasnt taking training an what klopp wants on board, and thought he was some sort of fans idol.
I would even go as far as saying, if he and Mapit had been our pairing this season, we would have a better goal difference an be closer to Chelsea.

We were shiiiiit in the Europa, didn't need to do anything. But yeah we'll ignore the rest of the time he's shiiiiit.
No need to ignore it because it didn't happen.
When fit he was consistently good for us.
His problem was staying fit (lots of niggly muscle injuries), and discipline off the pitch.
Saying he was shiiit over an over again doesn't make it fact.
Most Liverpool fans who watch all our games agree he was a good defender.
Of course it happened.
Your fans just overrate him. We'll just have to agree to disagree on Sakho. Never been convinced never will.

well we've established that he struggles with injuries, and is ill disciplined.
he's not being picked at a club which consistently has the worst defence of the top 6.
in the current pecking order he is behind lovren, matip, klavan, lucas, and gomez.
yet apparently he is worth more than any of them, and more than any of spurs' CBs, and most of united's and chelsea's.
scouse logic.
No, it's Manc logic.
Nobody is saying he is worth more than all of those players, if they were available for transfer. Not a single scouser has said that.
Sakho is available and we will sell him for £15-20m.
Mancs thinking he is shiiit to the point where they argue about it while their own team is playing a cup semi-final doesn't change that.
"Never been convinced never will."
Well isn't this the point as I can assure you he has had some very good games which is why he was starting for France. Injuries have been a problem but he can play.
Yes I remember people laughing when LFC fans on here said £70m for Suarez. Then people laughed at £40m for Sterling and he went for £50m. People laughed at Benteke saying there is no way we'd get £30m. I've seen all that, yes.
We'll see won't we.
anyone would think that the rest of the world spends a lot of time laughing at liverpool fans
