Raheem looks the most likeliest, Although i have been impressed with both Wisdom and Ngoo!
Who knows buddy!!
Yeah, from what I've seen Raheem looks likely, but I think with more depth we have at the moment they may struggle to get an outing this year? Think we'll put relatively strong (albeit made up from the bench) out in most comps?
I guess I'm just excited by what we have seen coming out of the academy (thanks Rafa) and I wouldn't like to see any of our better prospects progression stalled due to lack of first team opportunities.
Who am I anyway - I'm sure Ken has a plan for the boys!!
Adam Morgan looks quality. With so few strikers and Carroll off form I reckon he should be given a shot (pun intended).
Terry Grimshaw. Lives down our Street. Well suited if you ask me, which you did.. Just come out of a well known Gentlemen's Academy. near Manchester after a brief respite ......
Conor Coady for me. He is ready physically, so I've heard.

Yep same here, I'd like to see hime given a chance at DM, is already better than the woeful Spearing there imo (not hard though), even if he is supposed to be a preferred centre back.
I don't see him getting in at centre back right now (with Carra, Agger, Coates, Sktrel, Kelly and Wilson), but he could develop into a really top DM (we only really have Lucas there).
Adam Morgan next season but he is a class act!
Raheem and Conor Coady maybe carling cup this season, another is left back brad smith, also very impressed with centre midfielder Jack Dunn, classy strong and quick great prospect in the Gerrard mould, did anyone see his goal on Saturday v Derby in a 2-3 loss? Amazing finish!!!
Its a toughie, but a clue was who KD took with the first team not so long ago:
Sterling
Coady
So id say......Sterling for me.
Okay! So why have no one mentioned SUSO yet?
Suso isn't ready
But the potential is enormous.
He should at least get 10 minutes in the Milk cup if we're winning 3-0 though. But I don't see him as breaking through this season.
I'dlove for it to be Suso, but I think Kenny will be loaning him out like he is doing with Pacheco. Shame really, I think we need a mix of British and International flair, not just in the first team, but through the academy as well.
If he did give them a chance then we could see Coady, Sterling, Suso and Pacheco all develop into top prospects, just like Wilson, Shelvey and Kelly are now.
There's also the full backs with good potential in Flanagan and Robinson, shall be interesting.
The only one I don't rate is Spearing really.
what is with all the spearing bashing? Ok so he is not a flair player but he does the dirty things well just like lucus does now. He was fantastic last season when he came in bar the pen he gave away against arsenal. Squads need players like him. An example is fletcher at united, took years to come good and did. I think he is a great squad player suited to certain games where we need another runner in the middle making breaking up play and making the simple pass. Do i think coady will be better? Yes, eventually, but for now spearing is good enough to do the job.
Next player to brake through, Morgan for me.
