India's openers are a big concern now - Dhawan is badly out of nick and Rahul needs to work on his concentration. Rohit Sharma again is the worlds biggest enigma - world class one day and club standard the next. Would love to see Rishabh Pant given a go in the T20 series.

The difference as Viru said is India's players have been scoring mammoth individual scores throughout the series - double hundreds, 150's etc whereas England haven't. Morgan needed another England player to push on today but 50's and 80's weren't good enough tbf. Credit to Jadeja for his economical spell today. Also thought Woakes was very impressive for England.

In games like these, you may as well play 11 batsmen. Neither team is interested at all in improving their bowling attack. Just see how much you can get in 50 overs.

Been a very close series. Overall quite impressed by kedar. India have a lot to think about for CT. our openers are quite bad. And I won't be getting any more optimistic with rohit come no back as well. Also I think this series has hidden our bowling shortfalls. Bumrah has had an ordinary series and has meant our death bowling has been poor. Ashwin has looked quite poor as well. He seems to be looking to contain rather than pick wickets. On the contrary he hasn't played too many one days since the 2015 wc, so was probably trying to play safe.

India just didn't have enough runs. Match losing innings from dhoni. What was he trying to do when we were 6 down? He tried to take it to the last over and ended up not scoring any boundaries for 23 balls. Our t20 team needs an overhaul. We don't have destructive batsmen in the playing 11.

This champions trophy looks like a 4 way tournament. Eng, SA, aus and India all look formidable teams. Pak and SL are very poor in one days and NZ probably don't have a formidable batting line up.

India are very behind in this format. We can't start well, we can't accelerate in the middlebovers and we can't finish well. This has to be india's worst format currently. IOur middle order needs to change. Raina, yuvi and dhoni are no longer players who can hit from the word go.
