25 here. Working as a Business Development/Finance guy in Oil and Gas in Houston. Business has been slow and I hate the politics here at work so I'm looking for a way out now. I would love to take a long sabbatical and just go backpacking in Europe. Oh well.

That's the thing though, I don't remember any recent terrorist with the exception of George Bush who has said God told me to do it.

Saying Allahu Akbar is not the same as God told me to do it. It's more a cry for validation when it comes out of the mouth of a terrorist.

Bin Laden the poster boy of terrorism even admitted to not being religiously motivated with his killing.

Believe it or not, Texas is slowly starting to turn back into a liberal state. You can use the poor candidates argument here but Hillary has won in all 4 major cities in Texas in November (Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio). Don't think we are as right wing as people think.

Largely depends on the UK’s stance on migration. If the UK wish to have “stronger” boarder controls for EU migrants, the EU will reciprocate.

Hopefully there will be some benevolence from the EU towards Ireland, as both North and South (both for trade and the peace process) rely on the common travel area.
