I would be disappointed if we sold Hause.

Would sell iorfa before Hause.

Agree.

To be honest, if we could get a decent fee for Iorfa, I think it would be best for both us and him to part ways. His development has stalled the last 12 months and I'm not sure we will ever get the best out of him.

It's good Tino. Down here properly now, house in Tamworth is sold and we have moved into a new place.

The dog and missus are down here too. Means less mid-week drinking and turning up at work hungover or still drunk. The dream is over.
