Oh wait now.... Stan Kronke gave Jeff Fisher a contract extension in the midst of another rubbish season, and years of mediocrity for the Rams..
Fan outrage and a beef with the teams all time great player, and a blowout game at home, saw Stan tear that contract up and Fire him a week later...

🤔....
the similarities between the L.A. Rams and Arsenal are uncanny.

Think Wenger will walk away or move upstairs this season unless a miracle happens in the league or we do something special in the CL.

He must know now that no matter how much he spends he does not have it in him to build a league winning side.

Other than last year the title has been won by better teams than arsenal

Hardly the managers fault

I'm baffled that pundits don't just say that he needs to go for Arsenal to improve. They genuinely seem scared to say it, watching sky sports it really felt that Carragher and Quinn were finally about to say hes the problem but then Neville jumped in and moaned about us being ungrateful and to be careful what u wish for and then pointed out united as an example and Fergie.

This example is really started to pee me off Fergie was a serial winner, he won titles after titles, wrestled back control of Manchester from City billions and left on a high after winning the PL. What the fak has Wenger done in the past 12 plus years. A couple of FA cups and that's it. Watching Arsenal in big games is like a really bad movie playing over and over again. Start the game okish. Give away a stupid goal and then get countered every faking time giving away silly goals and looking amateurish in anything tactically.

I think it's just respect tbh. Wenger is such a big figure in the game and no one wants to go as far as to say he needs to leave Arsenal because they think it would look bad and might offend not so much Wenger but a lot of former Arsenal players who are super pro-Wenger.

Why do Sky pay their pundits big bucks only for them to duck out of saying controversial things that they feel

I think Wenger deserves the respect he has in the English game. He is an excellent football manager and has produced some wonderful footballing teams, nurtured and produced some really great players. He put Arsenal back at the top of football in Europe and changed the way the game is played in England. Whether or not you think he should go, he has been fantastic. Look at what happened to United after Ferguson.

The only negative thing that upsets me about Wenger is his moaning. Why can't he just admit when he's been beaten by a better performance and not look for silly excuses?

What's with united fans laughing at Wenger if he has been offered two more years?

He has finished ahead of United since Fergie and is a good bet to do so again this year which will make it 4 seasons on the trot

I know it's bizzare isn't it. Spurs are even worse over 20 years of both finishing below wenger and celebrating

I hope he wants to go out with a bang if this is true. Maybe, just maybe, he will spend a bit more and win something. After all, he bought Sanchez and Ozil, then spend a lot last summer (even if it was on league winning quality).

I suspect that many supporters of other PL teams hope that the story is true.

Bar United, Spurs, Liverpool and most of the rest of the PL. Wenger is not doing well enough to stay on but still makes a mockery of those clubs.

You make it sound like he is doing well enough to stay on then.
