This is going to be honest and controversial and I am guilty of both
Celtic are probably the best run football club in the U.K.
They are in the unfortunate position that they are a big fish in a small pond at the moment
If they were in the EPL and had the finances that a stoke or a Swansea had they would make massive strides
You can only pash with the caulk you have and Celtic are pashing better than most

Fair play for what is obviously an honest assessment.
Prepare to be excommunicated.
Funny thing is that you'll prob get more tv money if you had a competitive league.
People outside of Scotland want to see competitive games

I have always said that Lawwel was a top class CEO for Celtic, wums aside, and I would take him him or someone like him for my club in a heartbeat
Its swings and roundabouts
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He gets a hard time from some of our support, but I'm more than happy with his contribution. He may have got some decisions wrong, but he's got more right.

I do find it entertaining.
As a season long narrative, of course I prefer the title going down to the wire, but on a game to game basis it is entertaining.
To be fair nowadays I find it more entertaining than the EPL (and I would never have said that a decade or two ago).
I would rather watch a random Scottish game (like Ross County v Partick Thistle), than watch an EPL Super Sunday between 2 of the top teams as it is an almost guaranteed snoozefest.
Maybe it's just me, but although the actual destination of the title was predictable, I feel like the SPL is wayore entertaining now than it was a decade ago, and the EPL is way less entertaining than it was.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
English football is just a franchise these days. It's lost any soul it had.
At least Scottish football is real football and that's what makes it more exciting.
Not gonna lie, I do watch the bigger games in EPL, still enjoy the presentation and fitba (sometimes) the smaller games, ie, Watford Vs West Ham today, not so much
English fitbaw is rank i cant remember a good 'big' game ive seen
overated pash

Not even close.
We pay the same per head but get a fraction back per head of what the EPL gets.
That's the simple maths.

I've not watched a single epl game all season, yet this weekend I've watched Dundee United live, watched most of the ICT v Rangers game on Friday and saw the last half hour of the Hibs v Dunfermline game with Gaelic commentary last night.
I like Scottish football. It's ours.

Yet in the past 13 seasons there have been 3 CL winners and a further 5 finalists
You want more money but struggle to beat part timers
Speaking of big games, when was the last big Scottish game?

The old firm game
Still (despite the current rangers predicament) one of the most widely watched derbys in the world.
Why pick 13 btw??
Care to remind us where anyone said they wanted more money?
Whilst you're at it why don't you also let us know of these part timers you suggest we struggle to beat?
See this is where an utter guttershite pathetic wum starts to unravel.
Away ye go
Sorry lads, as a fellow Utd fan I apologise for sour London manc , he's widely regarded as a massive belleend and has no idea about anything.
