However, he didn’t always have a great relationship at times with Santos fans, other managers in Mexico and some of the press.

He will still need a lot of money to turn things around.
Half your squad is past 35.
I don't think he'll come to Rangers.
Nor Wilson for that matter.
Just my opinion as I can't see why he'd walk away from a £2m a year contract to sign for a second or third placed club in Scotland who will pay him less than half of that. Also he's supposed to have to buy out his existing contract? 😳 It just doesn't make sense. As such I genuinely think it'll be a billet dodged for Rangers. 👍
Wilson will stay where he is or go for a better offer elsewhere.

A bullet dodged even.
Why on earth are Rangers risking an experiment?

"He is coming to a country where `Dig' and chasing a ball for 60 yards is applauded rather than patience and tactical nous."
Would you say that Brendan encourages this kind of football? If not, do you think the Celtic fans would prefer these traits?
How can you compare him to PLG ? Le Guen won 3 consecutive Ligue 1 ....this guy has won nothing in Europe nor managed a club of note !! This is a crazy gamble at a time when we need to consolidate, address the damage done by Warburton and his mediocre signings. My concern is that whoever arrives has so little with which to work . As to Wilson ...why would he keaveca lovely part of England , well paid, possibility of promotion within the club to join Rangers ?

"rats - Celtic are the exception to the rule"
Good yin!
To be fair I don't actually see any bears particularly shouting from the rooftops about this guy.
I think the Rangers board may be underestimating their lack of enthusiasm.
And why is it acceptable for this guy to use Rangers as a stepping stone to greater things when it was cited as a valid reason to sack/let Warburton resign?
Again. Poppycock.
