The offence is deliberate handball. If the ref does not deem it deliberate then it's not a handball
...In other news - we won 2-0 against Chelsea
Cry me a river ya to33er, we were the better team all over pitch and deserved the victory all day long. Get over it.
His failure to orient his arms in a less exposed manner is de-facto deliberate in my book

Here we go! It was "HANDBALL"!
Every team have decisions go for and against them, at the end of the day Chelsea were poor.
Yeah it was, but Costa coyly have been sent off too for his dive and persistent fouling.
For me it wasn't a handball, Herrera was too close to him, and the ball unexpectedly hit him in the hand.
The only thing we should have been frustrated with was the awful pass by Matic. Had he made the pass, we might have been in a position to create a chance.
Don't worry, video replays will end all arguments on these sorts of calls.

Great shame about bringing video replays in, it'll take all the fun out the after match chatter.

Too bloody right, i hate the idea because it won't stop tgers. I love watching American football but i don't want our game going down that route.
video replays will also show Rashford was offside in the same move but good finish anyway. but it did set the theme for the game a big mistake from the ref so early in the game.

No they aren't.
If anything, and it really is splitting hairs, then you can see that David Luiz's knee is further on than any part of Marcus Rashford.

The OP is a Yank, they are soccer experts and know all. I guess we should have lost that match on technicality, nevermind the fantastic performance by all 11 of our boys against the best team in the PL.

Literally. It might come down to who has the hairier legs.
It cracks me up when they focus on one decision and declare the whole game depended on it, never mind their lads were fkng bobbins for the other 94 minutes.
