I worked in a shop on gwr when i was young. He bought smokes and i said stupidly, "didn't think footballers smoked"

If these folk that take care of themselves can pass on so relatively young... How can we go on, on a diet of bevvy, garbage food (paper to some) and wee performance enhancers

It's sad. Of course it is.

But I'm sorry I don't get more emotional about these things because they were either a footballer or someone else famous. It happens and it's sheite for the families that remain. But that's about it. I won't post wee roses or doves. It's meaningless as I didn't know him and he certainly didn't know me.

Not to mention 30 cigs a day and the excercise regime of a sloth

We have a group in the work all on an app thingy counting steps and miles walked

We compared results and I thought I was doing well by meeting the target until it was pointed out to me that I am doing the daily target in a week

Aye use that too and do quite well due to pacing about with anxiety at work.

Until Sunday hits and it sends me reminders. - remember to walk today
It might be training but you can walk round the house

Just full on psychological rape.
