He's not just a finisher.

He has great dribbling and chance creation stats so he doesn't just stand in the box and wait for service.

We have a forward thinking manager for a change so who knows.

I agree about him playing on the left has helped his development. There is a lot more pressure leading the line than off the left, which helped him develop aspects of his game.

Hmm,wouldn't class Lukaku as a great dribbler. He's decent but it's clearly not his strongest attribute.

"Far better playing on the left than not playing at all."

For him perhaps, for the team however, he doesn't do enough on the wing for me.

He is suited to being in and around the box. Even when playing on the wing his best moments come in the box.

Possibly the level that Owen reached. Depends on how much he can improve.

I think Rashford has the same kind of wow factor that Owen had at the same age.

This. He's going to be an amazing pundit one day.

Saw abit of Ronaldo in Rashford's performance last night, especially as the game wore on.

Mbappe is something special and so is Rashford. At the moment Mbappe seems like the more talented player, but what both have is intelligence pace and crazy technique on them. Another one is Gabriel Jesus who can be put in this category of talented young players. To have young players who are positionally aware and know what pass or shot to pick out is quite rare.

Rashford at 19 already has two seasons where he's gone double figures. Hope he plays much more than he has been because he's good enough to. England's best talent since Rooney imo.

I like Rashy, but he needs to work on his finishing, if he gets that right, the world's his oyster

May reach Dele's current level if he works hard

Thanks Bobby, I'll stay late after training to work on the finishing, promise

The thing that's always stood out for me has been his temperament rather than his talent, very focused, grounded and the coolest of heads under pressure. He will go the way of Harry Kane if given regular football at no.9.

When he's on the pitch he can do anything imo. Take players on. Create something out of nothing. Smash the ball in from outside the area. He has it all.

Agree with this apart from owen was better than Rashford at his age

Far more talented than Kane

Absolute nonsense

Owen and Rooney were better than Rashford at this age, but they both didn't max out their potential.

Rashford has all the qualities to do this, he seems very focused. Just hoping he doesn't go they way of the two mentioned. Rooney and Owen were both burnt out by mid to late 20's. With Owen, of course his injuries didn't help. The fact Rashford isn't playing week in week out at a young age will help him too.

I reckon Rashford is more talented than Kane, has more to his game, but Kane has a few years on him.

As good a career he has had, nope. His first few years at United he was better than Ronaldo, he just didn't work as hard on or off the pitch.

Probably the level below world class, Gudjohnsen, Anelka level I would say.

Martial is the one who could go to the very top, I will laugh my head off if Jose repeats the De Bruyne situation with him.

Dunno mate, he was dissapointing for England but up until 2012 Rooney was quality. At points he was in the top bracket of players in the world. He matured early, he declined early.
