I'm not saying and never have said it will, what I'm saying is that the INDICATOR OF FORM because of the two results is the relevance. Everybody thought it was a good achievement to beat Palace but when Burnley do it and by a wider margin I'm not so sure it was such a good achievement. Our form concerns me.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You have the best form in the PL in 2017 by some distance....why do you choose to analyse form over such a small sample size?
Consider at least 5 games as your sample, anything lees would never pass the test for significance
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Form over a span of 5 matches can deteriorate significantly which is why I always judge by the last performance. Small sample size? Hmmmm. Another way I judge form is by the amount of chances missed. It's ok to beat a team 3-0 say but when you've missed 7 easy chances it's not so good. I maybe pick up on the little things too much, or maybe not but it's by small deflections etc that form can be measured.

Yes Chelsea beat Spurs which is why I'm concerned we only scraped by Palace who lost fairly easily to Burnley.
-------------------------------------------------
They are 2 different games though entirely for Spurs. Palace are going to raise their game against a London side and a side at the top of the table, especially at home. There isn't as much motivation against a side who haven't won an away game and knowing Palace are all but safe anyway.
Sometimes you have off games, but its important that you win those games, which Spurs did against Palace. Not to mention Chelsea also lost against Palace at home as well, what's their excuse?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nice.....................ok, point taken.
But anyway, COME ON YOU SPURS. Play better today than you did against Palace, you NEED to.
They don't need to play well, sometimes you have to play well enough to win, that's all you've got to do.
Our form concerns me.

Ok, so tell me why please. If we have teams A B and C and team A beats team B by 4 goals say and team C beats team B by 1 goal is seems to me that team C isn't on as good form as team A.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
No one team plays to the same level every game. Simple human frailty realy!

No need to concern yourself because of a LITTLE idiosyncrasy of mine honey.
I also see today that Utd drew at home with Swansea, my thinking is if Swansea can draw with hem then we can beat them which we should do. Idiosyncratic, nothing more.
Aaron, you don't understand football
I correctly predicted the Palace score.

Good one. I wonder if Chelsea supporters are a little concerned that Middlesborough are winning against City.
I think they are more concerned with the Everton game...
Which sadly they're now winning.
I really don't understand your concept of why when other teams win, it means that a team should be concerned. Middlesbrough aren't winning, but even if they were, why would that concern Chelsea? Just because they've got them left to play, big deal.
I guess Watford should be concerned because both Swansea and Hull have drawn, so they are a point closer to them now. As true as it is, they won't be concerned because its so unlikely to effect them.

Temper temper. When they were missed I thought we were going to have another of those games. Calm down.
Aaron...I have two questions, they are personal so i won't take offence if you don't answer them...
1) How old are you?
2) Have you ever played competitive football in a league competition and if so for how many seasons?
