If City offered something silly like 50 million for him then he can go, massive money for him.

But I think Walker has been struggling for fitness, it explains why he's been coming on for 10-15 minutes when on the bench, if his head was turned and had fallen out with Poch he wouldn't be anywhere near the bench let alone coming on as a sub.

Can't see Levy selling to a premiership competitor like City, no matter if silly money is offered.

Once you start this though you open the door.

I actually think 45 million is a very, very fair price for Dier.

Club is going to be a position when they make good money but you're still weakening yourself through being a selling club.

I would replace him with Clyne if we could afford the wages of clubs in the top 4

He wouldn't be a good replacement. Up to this season I've felt Clyne was the better of the two, however going forward Walker is miles ahead now. Clyne is woeful on the ball, can't shoot, can't cross and seems to be allowed to be our outlet by the opposition, as they know it. The opposition would never allow Walker the space Clyne is allowed.

Of course Clyne is much better defensively but what use is that when you're an attacking team, playing teams who park the bus and counter, most weeks? You need your full backs to be better in attack.

I would argue against Clyne being much better defensively as that is the aspect of Walkers game he has worked on the most, he is now excellent defensively

Walker should not be sold at any price, the best RB in the league by far and England`s first choice in that position also. He is also instrumental in the way Spurs play and brings much needed raw pace to the team.

Trippier has done well and is a valuable squad member but is not up to Walker`s level. Selling Walker would be absolute madness imo, where exactly do we find a replacement up to the same standard. Clyne is not as good as Trippier so that is a ridiculous suggestion also.

I don`t think Walker will be going anywhere, unless Poch wants rid of him, Levy has recently said our players all have long contracts and that they will be expected to honour them.

I think Walker has the hump because he was dropped a couple of times, that`s nothing that should result in a key player being let go.

If Poch really does want to let Walker go then I doubt Levy will be selling him to a PL rival, he has moved on from doing that and has in the past turned down more money from Chelsea for Modric in favour of selling him abroad.

It would have to be a staggering fee for Levy to sell any key player to another PL club, in Walker`s case City would probably be quoted somewhere around the 60m mark.

We really could not have anybody better than Darth Levy to deal with any potential enquiry for our players.

"Clyne is not as good as Trippier"

posted on 15/5/17

26 year-old Kyle Walker is better than 26 year-old Kieran Trippier. I've seen a few fans on here seemingly trying to convince themselves that Trippier can improve as if he were some young kid trying to make his away as opposed to Walker being on the slide or something.

We don't sell him. We can't sell him because we won't replace him properly.

If we're judging players mood by recent performances and speculation then could you please watch Alderweireld vs West Ham

Lots off rumours from our side & city's it's done via his agent

Oh well, if Walker goes, why dont we go get Marcello?
He's good enough to play on either side.

Dani Alves has a year or two left in him too

Goodbye message from Kyle?

Or just a show of appreciation?

Sounds like a goodbye message to me but let's see how it plays out. Classy from Kyle anyway. Proper y|ddo

Saw that a few mins ago, don't see why it would be a goodbye. Stadium likely means more to him as he's been there longer than anyone else bar Rose, and Rose isn't on social media.

Because Wanyama and Dier didn't do their job and cover the fullback position
