This!
He's 35 in October and has 2 years on his deal with a relegation release clause being activated. He should use that to his advantage and negotiate a new, longer deal on good money and stay where he is!
Which clubs fans?
He'd do a decent job for a promoted side maybe.
He can still do a job for a bottom 8 PL side imo
I wouldn't mind him at Liverpool for a season. Could be useful off the bench if we are struggling to score.
I love the way your articles just digress hopelessly.
I'd take him as 3rd choice happily, filling that Eto'o/Drogba (14/15) role. I'd have him there for a season over Abraham for sure, who for me needs a PL loan next season before adding him to a title winning squad.
If we hypothetically rolled into next season with Lukaku, Morata & Defoe as the striking options I'd be satisfied.
Eto'o was brilliant for us. He was better than Lukaku would have been that season.
