Think Lukaku will be perfect for Chelsea if they get him.Not the most clinical striker but will create more for the chelsea midfield than Costa and work harder.

It's true you can get good players without CL with the right money. But if you're competing with a team in the CL, who are also offering good money, the player will much more likely choose the CL. Plus as a club we're unlikely to pay over he odds. To say not having CL will make no difference at all to transfers is a bit wrong

When you're not in the CL, scouting is key. You also need to be willing to gamble on players that the CL clubs arent quite sure about, like Liverpool did with Mane
