"Name me 5 players who cost more than £50 million that are worth their value. I can only think of ronaldo and suarez that's 2 players"

Pogba fr sure isn't one of them...£90m dab man

Bernado Silva is £43m. Sterling is £44m plus add-ons taking it to £49m. John Stones is £47.5m.
Pogba is £90 plus agents fee of £30m taking it to £120m.

For one Pogba plus just £19.5m, we have Stones, Sterling & B.Silva.

So, who's got the better deal?

And that excludes the agent's fees.

There's absolutely nothing average about Sterling.

Not that I'm not completely sick to death of this kind of rubbish. But just to point out a couple of facts - the agent fee wasn't £30m, and we didn't pay it

His composure infront of goal is pretty average.

His goals record says different.

silva 43m pretty sure barca and few other clubs would be after him if that was his value. Find it funny city players are all below 50m mark but pogba is valued more than 100m

dangerdog you can add Kevin De bruyne to your list.

posted on 26/5/17

Pogba was valued at 89 million, you not see the news?

posted on 26/5/17

i forgot to add torres to the list prior to moving to chelsea he was a beast of a player for liverpool so value for 50m was right. the likes of luiz, james rodriguez, zlatan were not

City aren't getting him for 43m all in. Most sources are saying it's closer to 60m. If you're going off BBC god help you. They are clueless.

£43m is most likely the upfront amount which is why the beeb have gone with that.

Monaco sold Martial for more and he'd done far less for them. Why would they then sell the more established prolific player for cheaper? They wouldn't.

Then again City do have a history for fabricating amounts of money

I'm sure City fans couldn't give a fack if it's £40m or £60m. Won't affect them (club or fans) in the slightest.

Most European papers are reporting 50 million Euros.

Any amount is clueless as we've never released transfer details and as far as im aware, I can't think of any that have been leaked.

With transfer value though, it's never just how much the player is worth. It's how much he is worth to both the seller and that particular buying club. Any of the fees I've seen banded about, I'm fine with as I thought he was a great player when I saw him.

You have got to remember English clubs will probably pay double for a player from the continent!

posted on 26/5/17

He's only 22 and just come off a storming season. Martial had only played 17 games for them and went for more.

Not buying that amount one bit. Monaco expect top dollar for their stars and that seems cheapish for a player of that quality.

I think at that price there would have been a major bidding war too.

Pogba is one player though. United were paying Ibra about 1 mill a week

posted on 26/5/17

Pogba is definately not worth 90m. Nowhere near it. Before his transfer or after.

But that's what we had to pay to sign him. And as we can see the valuations get more and more silly. Stones for 50m takes the biscuit for me.

quick to correct the City fees, but fabricate the United ones

The deal was 89m in total, spread between Juve, Agent and clauses
