EA Sports its in the game. I am amazed he is the new CEO of Liverpool. People used to troll him for how he handled PC gamers.
London is a big pull, certainly where I am. But Manchesters' image is improving, magazines like L'Obs do features on the city now. Plus United is still seen as a glamorous club (thanks George and SAF). Let's hope that doesn't change.

He handled them very well, people love buying packs
He's already come out saying he wants to sign more coutinhos... like yeah everybody loves a bargain but its not common..
1. Manchester City - money, Guardiola admired by most players
2. Manchester United - also have money and a world class manager, but behind Man City due to Guardiola being someone I believe almost any player wants to play for
3. Chelsea - also have money but not as much as the above two. Have a good reputation as well in terms of competing to win titles and have had good current success.
4. Arsenal - even though Tottenham have a stronger team, Wenger will be someone players want to play for more than pockets and Arsenal still have a better reputation than Tottenham, especially outside England
5. Tottenham - starting to get into the cl regularly but still don't have a high reputation and are still almost unknown outside England. Plus pockets is not a big name
6. Leicester City - their European run last season will have gained them some respect even without ranieri there.
7. Liverpool - still lack current success, don't have a lot of money, don't have a top tier manager. They need to improve to become more attractive to players outside of England especially
Tottenham will attract young talent looking for regular football.
Utd will attract big stars chasing a name
Arsenal will attract players that want tiki talks football but can't get a sniff from the likes of Barca
Liverpool will attract players looking to bridge the gap between mid table and big teams
City will attract mercenaries who will actually find the club a place they want to stay and not move on
Chelsea will attract amazing talent from across europe who are on the verge of big things
Sorry Wahl, but have you just put Liverpool behind Leicester City? That'll go down well.
And no mention of Mourinho? You're slacking.
L'Obs, used to be the Nouvelle Observateur, à respected left of centre weekly magazine.
Wow we pay the most trophy now really, !!
7. Liverpool - still lack current success, don't have a lot of money, don't have a top tier manager. They need to improve to become more attractive to players outside of England especially
...............
I will probably still be giggling away at this one tomorrow.
chelsea based on location current strength finances will probably be the most attract epl team
utd might edge it if there is a footballer who can still be dazzled by history
also more than ever i feel the manager profile will play a part. cbs will trust jose / attackers will trust pep / younger players will opt for pochi / midfielders will trust klopp /sadly i can't think of why you will not want to play for conte unless u lack disciplin / and as for wenger probably same as pochi but not as good
Dunno about attractive but the rate at which Sanchez is trying to get out the door says something about Arsenal.
lester still have the romance of the last two seasons on their side cat dude.

Busby and Charlton also...in fact, the list could go on
I'm no fan of Spurs, but with a young very English team that plays attractive football and a great younger manager, I think they'll become a destination of young talent. They really do need to win something with a bit of silver on it, but they've broken the whole top 4 thing wide open. City, Chelsea and Us will still attract established talent, but look out for Poch and Co. to give everyone a run for their money next season. They are no longer a selling club,

The nightmare for them is they attract the latest youth whilst their top players are poached, and they stay as nearly men.
That wasn't a fishing rod in the water.
I know that United's nightmare is more dire football as well.
True Shinj, the list could go on. It's why I worry about our turgid football, it's not just for my entertainment. But there is seventy years of attacking play behind us, with a devil may care attitude, playing to win home and away against everybody. A team with swagger, stars, a team Dads wanted to take their sons to watch.
I don't want all that to go out of the window, it takes a lifetime to get our reputation and four or five seasons to ruin it.
Yeah I think that does create a sense of pride, having a fearless tag.....and winning loads.
Now fans will admit they feared Fergie because they just knew. Knew he'd get the late goal/trophy
Fck you Fergie for retiring
That's why I like Tottenham as well; they contributed to some real high scoring United games in my lifetime already.
In terms of the op, that must be ranking who has had the best season in the eyes of fans rather than the clubs themselves?
This is all relative. In reality, United have under achieved badly and are lucky to be in the CL whereas teams like Liverpool have over achieved.
In this league United could spend 200m this summer and still struggle to catch teams like Liverpool and Spurs, leave alone Chelsea and City. United spending a gazillion will not stop Chelsea, City, Spurs, Liverpool from turning over the other 18 teams in the league, which I suspect they will be able to do more often than United.
I think you're wrong No Love. It's not as simple as you make out. It's perfectly possible that we sign the players that turn us into a top team, as Eric did. Then we maybe beating the top teams as well. I'm not saying it will, but it could. Oh and Liverpool didn't turn over the other eighteen.

Well yes that's entirely possible, coming 4th possibly is more important to silverware for clubs and owners these days due to being in the champions league and the money it brings
On terms of progression as a team United cannot say they've been as successful as the likes of Spurs and Liverpool.
Obviously I don't mean to take away from United's achievements but fact is for a club like Liverpool getting CL football at this point in time is more important than any cup. Liverpool will certainly benefit but United didnt necessarily need to win the Ropey league to land their targets. Simply put, United can attract the best players whether they have CL or not because they are loaded anyway, but Liverpool will struggle to do so, even with CL football because they can't compete on wages.
