Brendan knows him so must see something in him.

I like him. Only concern is that he'll be 30 next month.

Would still hope that a better quality player is brought in to fill the huge void left by Roberts though. Talk of Viktor Fischer interest. He was a golden boy at Ajax but went to Middlesbrough for Prem football and had a bad season. He's only 22 though. I'd like that to happen if we can't get Roberts back

Not good enough to take us to the next level in Europe, would be fine for the league or a replacement for a squad player. As said before got to trust Brendan Would be good if we get Fischer though he is ideal the kind of young player we should be after.

He's a good player. I've liked him since he was at Inverness.

Brendan has seen enough of him and knows him well and will have an idea of where he will fit into the squad.

Fine as a squad player or an impact sub for domestic games. If he can raise his game beyond that level it will be even better.

Ibrox will be a joy to behold for the Celtic games. We'll have the Ireland tops and flags in support of Hayes and they will have the Mexico stuff all over the place. A sea of green and white.

Fischer would be a terrific signing, always ran a savvy against us and looks ideal for our setup.

Btw, it Hayes does sign, he would more than do a job for us in Scotland, Brendan would obviously fancy his chances at getting more out of him as well.

Didn't know the invincible treble winners had to start splashing the cash this early?

Wouldnt like to lose Christie on him though, be better if he was still loaned out as he has something to offer.

It's a shame for Christie but I think we trust Rodgers enough to tell if he's not good enough to make it with us.

I like Christie but he's just not going to play is he? He's always going to have to sit on the bench and wait for an injury to get a game.

Will be interesting to see what happens to Ajer this summer. He'll probably get sent on another loan, preferably to a bigger club than Kilmarnock. I've got high hopes for him!
