jeez just think a few years ago no one had heard of Bellew (worldwide that is), he somehow landed the Rocky gig and since then been raking it in !!

Lucky guy but fair play we would do the same in the same shoes

Last time they tried to make the fight, Bellew broke Ward's jaw by sucker punching him at a face off.

I thought Bellew was going to serve time for that

I'd be all for it as it would hopefully mean Haye doesn't get a rematch that he desperately craves. Don't like Ward but he might as well go after Stevenson and unify the division.

The Stevenson fight is the one I'd like to see but the money is in fighting Bellew!

I think Bellew is to big and powerful for Ward!

They said the same thing about Kovalev.

Ward is deceptively strong, we have seen him out muscle both Froch and Kovalev, two men who were considered to be his physical superior.

Bellew isn't a fighter who uses his physicality in fights and I think Ward could out box him and have an easier time doing it than Kovalev. I also think one of the reasons Ward looked better against Kovalev in the second fight was because he has been active. An active Ward is very difficult to beat.

Ok but in order for Ward to remain active and build steadily to cruiserweight, the interest in this fight will have vanished and I suspect Bellew would have retired by then. Unless Ward would take on the fight weighing around 180-185lb?
