I know I laid into you the other day for being a negative nancy, but when you list it all out like in the OP it seems like madness to let all those go.
Will cost a lot of money to replace those numbers unless you have some real quality back ups in the reserves ready to step in.
Adding the CL to your season too from last year.
Chelsea's business has been bizarre.
Then there's Bertrand Traore, Ola Aina, JT and Abraham.
Few others as well I could mention.

We have done a pretty good job replacing these players for value for money.
Begovic: £10M - Caballero: Free
Terry: Released/ Zouma: Loan (+ fee) - Rudiger: £35M
Ake: £20M - Christensen: Free
Matic: £35-40M - Bakayoko: £40M
RLC - Musonda
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Replacing players with players you already have isn't replacing anyone

Transfer business has been slow but I think we'll get our players in time. A few players have been replaced and I expect at least 4 more players to come in after Bakayoko signs.
Begovic > Caballero
Ake/Zouma > Christensen/Rudiger
Matic > Bakayoko
Expecting a replacement for Costa and Chalobah + 2 wing backs.
You can't deny the business so far has been a bit strange.
Begovic to Caballero is a step down in class.
Terry and Zouma are being replaced by Rudiger and Christensen which is an increase in quality because JT was past it. Zouma though imo is better than Rudiger.
Matic is proven, Bakayoko isn't.
RLC is a CM and Musonda an AM/Winger is he not?
Ake has been replaced in the squad by Rahman probably as the left sided cover.
Plenty of time and money you would guess to change that situation but they need to get the wheels moving a bit quicker.
Caballero can't be worse then Begovic.
Matic is proven to be average and I'm not concerned about swapping a reserve goalie for a reserve goalie. Maybe a step down but begovic was always too good to be stuck in permanent bench status.
RLC barely played last season, why would replacing him be a major concern?
The main worry for me is replacing like for like only in a season where we will play more games. Surely we will need a net increase in the squad.
sigurdsson has been consistently one of the best attacking midfielders in the league - check out his goals/assists for the past 3 seasons, and then work out which attacking mids have done better (answer = not very many), so no idea why he is being compared to young players who have, frankly, done diddly squat for chelsea.

I think we have improved on every position so far with our incomings. Hopefully we get better wing backs or at least good wing backs that can be rotated with our current ones. Only Costa will be difficult to replace.

You can thank clubs like chelsea an city spending 50mill on centre halves for the state of the transfer market!
Now the same clubs are complaining, really?

I think you have to take into account what a player wants as well. Some want to leave..... because they're on the bench.

extraordinary deals this summer: Romelu Lukaku for £75m, Alexandre Lacazette for £53m, Mohamed Salah for £37m, Jordan Pickford for £30m. It’s usually a cheap dig at football to point out how many hospitals or schools could be funded for a player’s weekly wage but, really, how are historians of the future going to explain a society that has dragged itself on under austerity for seven years and yet smiles benignly at a decent right-back going for £50m?

as far as i'm aware the taxpayer didn't fund any of those transfers.
and i make the same point every time, that in terms of the wages being earned by players they are comparable to other top sportsmen/artists, yet i never see anyone on the music threads refusing to buy a beatles album because they are all billionaires, or anyone on the film threads saying they refused to watch the last mission impossible film because tom cruise makes $30m a movie.
