Fack me jumbo, did you deliberately ignore wide receivers?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yes. Don't see much quality outside of the star names.

Jumbo, take a look a my stable of WRs. You'll see that I got Brees, Flacco, Brady, and Cam's go to guy and Carr's RZ go-to guy.

What do you need freedom?

McCoy for ajgreen?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I want RBs

Willing to trade Shady and Mike Thomas for 2 RB1 and borderline WR1 or 2RB (1/2) and a WR1
----------------------------------------------------------------------

If you are desperate for a feature back, I can offer Ameer Abdullah or Ty Montgomery for Michael Thomas

Whoever sent me the allen for woodhead offer, all i can say is LOL. How much you been drinking?

This is the situation guys, I went RB heavy in the early rounds because I knew there were not enough feature backs to go around and I figured I could use one as a trade chip.

I have 6 RBs, 5 of them have already been confirmed by their teams as being the starting RB1's on the depth chart:

David Johnson
Todd Gurley
Ameer Abdullah
Ty Montgomery
Kareem Hunt

And the other one (Wendell Smallwood) is also expected to be the RB1 with an aging Blount as a goal line back if he makes the team at all.

I am not desperate for a WR (I already have Alshon Jeffery, DeSean Jackson, Donte Moncreif and Jameson Crowder), however I would be willing to look at any trade involving a WR who is better than Djax, Moncreif and Crowder (ie an improvment at WR2 for me).

Johnson is not available.

A lot of you guys seem to be relying on back up RBs and 3rd down backs who might never see the ball all game. You need guys who are undisputed starting backs for their teams to give your team that guaranteed floor each week.

So although I'm not desperate for a WR, I am willing to give up one of my feature backs if the WR offered is of a sufficiently high quality to justify giving up a feature back.

Bare in mind that I own 20% of the starting running backs in the league.

I'm not desperate for a RB. I just want two, one in the 7-10 range and the other in the 15-20 range.

But thanks no thanks, I'm not trading Bree's favorite target for a guy who played maybe 2 games last year and another guy who isn't a bell cow and in a system where the QB likes to throw the ball.

Watkins is 21st ranked wr compared to Jackson who is 33rd.

Watkins, Ertz for Gurley/Hunt, Bennett

posted on 28/8/17

Watkins ranking was put together before Jared Goff became his QB, as you well know Cinci.

I was looking at it more as a straight swap, my flex player for your flex player.

And Freedom, spin it how you like, but I just looked at your team and you are desperate for a RB. You are starting a back up in the flex right now with only another back up and a 3rd down back on the bench.

Even your RB2 is a bit of a gamble (I had him last year and he was a stud for the first few weeks then returned about 4 points a week after that).

Abdullah and Monty are an even bigger gamble than what I've already got. i know the volumes are there for Crowell and Shady but I don't know about the quality of WR/QB to keep other teams from stacking the box.

Michael Thomas is my WR1, not my Flex.

Surprised jacquizz Rodgers was still available, just picked him up and dropped Bernard as he will be the feature back for the opening three games of the season.

Done the live draft in the pub for one of my other leagues yesterday. Unfortunately it was before last night's games, so I ended up wasting a pick on Cam Meredith. What do you guys think (huge benches in this league)

Mariota
Wentz

Bell
Gurley
Kareem Hunt
Dalvin Cook
Perine
Blount
Smallwood

Jeffery
Crowder
Davante Parker
Meredith
Rishard Matthews
Gabriel

Ertz

Eagles D
Matt Prater

As you can see I've drafted using a similar game plan to our league.

Need to drop Meredith now, best players on waivers at the position are Jordan Matthews and John Ross

Any thoughts?

Matthews seems the sensible pick, but with huge benches I can afford to stash Ross just in case he blows up.

Who would you guys take?

I thought about it but I couldn't get myself to drop any of my WRs to do it.

What value do you folks put on an green?

Looked great yesterday. Interested in moving him on for a solid rb(Mick) but would want a wr as well, so a definite two for one.

That could work

Switch TEs and make the offer a 3 for 2

Have been going through your team, torn on which wr I would want.

Guessing you rank them

Alshon
Desean
Jamison

Cinci

I messed about with the trade calculator to try to put together the fairest trade possible.

This works out as just about the fairest trade imaginable, 28 v 27.99 on the trade calculator. Virtually identical values.

What's your thoughts?

Not really keen on Montgomery to be honest, I can see Williams taking over that job.

Same trade with Abdullah switched in for Montgomery puts the trade massively in your favour
