Germany had a few good moves but they weren't in control of the game at any point really. Didn't expect them to be great, but still surprised how crap they were.

No neither do I right now.

Even though this isn't a great Germany side, I don't care because as I said last night, Germany will always be Germany for me so get the fack in!

I love how similar both goals were, and how well worked they were.

Yeah we switched play a bit quicker and finally got the ball to Shaw in a more threatening position.

First half we were too slow to get the ball to him and he was too deep and always in front of Kimmich.

Hopefully the second goal will do Kane the world of good.

Yeah Germany were awful. But we done a good job shutting them down. Hopefully the players don’t get too carried away because of the draw and lack of big nation, but that’s a massive lift to finally beat Germany in a knock out game.

I thought there were some issues in midfield, particularly in the first half when Havertz was finding quite a bit of space but the three CBs performed well, so did Rice and Phillips in the second half with a yellow card hanging over their heads.

Come on. If Müller had put that away we all know we'd be singing a different song.

Rice and Phillips were great defensively - but it was pretty much the attack on their own for most the first 70 mins. Saka in particular did such a good job making something out of nothing.

Phillips played a couple of nice passes over the top. But yeah, sterling and saka were pretty much carrying the attack on their own. Grealish did the damage off the bench.

I know I’m a United fan, but I’m so gutted Rashford isn’t in shape. He’s so suited to this England side.

SPORT1 claiming we're actively looking for a replacement for Pogba and we're interested in Goretzka, which is backed up by king of Bayern news Christian Falk.

I've no doubt Goretzka will sign a new contract with Bayern but the rest of what they're saying is significant if true as it's the biggest indication we've had yet that Pogba is leaving.

Fair enough. Goretzka would be a good replacement for Pogba. I’d still rather Tielemans if Pogba leaves, though.
