Superb!

Apparently Bayern have told Barca they have to pay the full fee up front for Lewa as they don’t believe they’ll exist in two years.

ADL told em same thing when they sniffin around Koulibaly

Its mad how badly they are run, apparently even in the Lenglet deal to us (not sure about how I feel about him as a player) they are paying like half his wages.

Bartomeu facked them.

He had to be a RM mole. To look at where they were when he joined to where they are now he left is outrageous.

Bartomeu rhymes with Bernabeu. Just sayin'.

Sterling to Chelsea deal isnt a great one for either party I dont think.

City lose their best attacker & most versatile forward who can dribble effectively into the box from any angle. Chelsea spend a lot of their resources on a player who I don't think fills the whole they are missing.

They need someone that can score goals. Their forwards are shiiiiiiit.

While he can guarentee you like 10-15 goals - hes just another player who is suited playing off a striker. Like havertz, like Werner etc...

Unless they have now comitted Havertz to being an out-and-out striker?

Sterling can play off different types of forwards. I think that’s what makes him such a useful player because he doesn’t need to be pigeonholed.

It’s Chelsea signing an attacker, though. He’ll probably turn shiiiiit.

Guardiola eventually came to the same conclusion about Sterling as me

posted on 6/7/22

I doubt that.

that he's the most abysmal finisher I've seen in top flight football

a forward more likely to miss an open goal from 5 yards out than score

Guardiola eventually had enough of that

Sterling's movement is good, I'll give him that

Limited technical skills

Finishing that would shame a Sunday league striker

why do you think Guardiola and City have been prepared to sell him , if he's so good and everything, given he's only 27 ?

Because they are refreshing the team.

not much of an answer Daz. Expected better from you to be honest

Pointless discussing it with you as you hate Sterling because he bullied your brother. All your descriptions of him as a player are poor. City and Pep letting him leave is supposedly evidence that they think the same as you - though playing for City and Pep for 7 and 6 years respectively doesn’t seem to hold weight as to how is viewed, nor does all the biggest clubs in Europe attempting to sign him.

my descriptions of him as a player are poor ?
don't match up to the stuff they write in the Athletic and stuff, no ?

I've said he has good movement, is v fast, limited technically and a v poor finisher

I think that's accurate enough

Doesn’t match up to the stuff that morespurs and loavirgo write.
